what will you win posting invented negative materials on this forum? Even if you can bias administration of this forum against us this won't further to the vanishing of our company from the service market. There are lots of another ways to promote a company.

I have read your claim and I am surprised of your reaction. Were you in the right mind when accepting The agreement on The Welcome Bonus receipt? All the company's rights including:
"8. The company has a right to decline client’s request for bonus without explaining the reason" are clearly defined there. So you should understand that we can do this.
But The agreement also includes point 9 which says: "The client has a right to question company’s decision within 10 days by e-mail:bonuses@instaforex.com."
It is the most rational thing you can do in your case. If you give me the number of your account I will help to find a solution.
if you can said such a rational thing, then please explain with Barunia&Yuli' case:

there was a server disconnection for about 1 hour just now.
in case like this, if the price actually reached a take profit of a trade (based on price movement actually seen in other broker), do you honor this take profit?
when server connection is back, price has reverse noticably.
Below their announcement in metatrader:
"We are sorry that the server had stopped for three times today. Now our technical department is working on preventing troubles like this in the future.
If you have got any issues or losses which depend on this trouble, please feel free to send a letter to dealer@instaforex.com for resolving those issues as soon as possible.
Our team values your confidence and hopes that you will get a positive experience with InstaForex even in the case of technical troubles."
But in the fact they will call you cheating/scammer if your order get profit and they did not really return your money if losses.
I can say that one trick to rip profit traders simply by unplug their server cable (things that your broker will not tell you). Anyway I have little story about it in Broker Scam thread.
But for your personal case (if you have) I encourage insta to give special treatment with considering that you have made several "good" posts about this scam broker.

Why do you think we used it for our advantage? Don't you understand all these failures with the server have negatively reflected on our gains first of all?
The company has gotten into mischief mainly. So we had no reasons to plot the failures.
