I read Barunia's posts and I hope that your words declared the truth for everyone.
as I said before, a very big scam broker like insta which is also very unprofessional in this business and do not know the forex market, just entered to this business for our losses. it ignores our profit as much as it can. call people cheater, scammers, etc.
bonus just let them to ignore the profits whenever they want, so it is not important how much they give as the bonus, because they had never been connected to the market.

First of all if company does not give bonuses it is not scamming. Company is scammer if it takes customer's profit. We never do that.
Secondly you are more like a liar saying we do not give bonuses. Hundreds of accounts are charged with bonuses every day. You can find IFX customers got bonuses even here on this forum.
You must thank to forum admin that still giving their space for promotion scammer broker like you, instead give arrogant behaviour!

I have read your claim and I am surprised of your reaction. Were you in the right mind when accepting The agreement on The Welcome Bonus receipt? All the company's rights including:
"8. The company has a right to decline client’s request for bonus without explaining the reason" are clearly defined there. So you should understand that we can do this.
But The agreement also includes point 9 which says: "The client has a right to question company’s decision within 10 days by e-mail:bonuses@instaforex.com."
It is the most rational thing you can do in your case. If you give me the number of your account I will help to find a solution.
I attached my correspondence with the representative of FPA in order to demonstrate again that there was a mistake of one of our departmens, this mistake was found and corrected. At the given moment this subject "aras194/FPA and so on" is exhausted.

Pls get these two liars out of this forum. For the sake of Forex TSD integrity and reputation, you have being allowing these two woman to continue to advertise their lie. There are already so many evidences that Insta is a scammer company. Enough is enough. At the beginning I do not believe that they are scammer, and actualy through this thread, it prompt me to open an account with them.
And they seems not to be even a little bit apologetic and continue to defend and condemn those who want to give feedback.
For fairness, you can get a vote from the forummers here. I really hate coming to this forum everyday to see them showing no respect to everybody and lying.

there was a server disconnection for about 1 hour just now.
in case like this, if the price actually reached a take profit of a trade (based on price movement actually seen in other broker), do you honor this take profit?
when server connection is back, price has reverse noticably.
