Hello,

During close Insta closed market for Saturday and Sunday, one of my client faced a margin call and now his account trading show a negative balanced of USD74.23

Regarding to Insta T&C, Insta will refund the money back and close the positions or the positions that make account to margin call during GAP are denied.

Please clarified about this and before this my friend( one of Insta customer) got his refund because of this.

Your friend should write to chief.dealer@instaforex.com or dealer@instaforex.com.

5.1. When contentious cases occur, the Client is entitled to file a claim with the Company. Claims are accepted within two working days from the date the problem occurs.
5.2. The claim should be in the form of an electronic mail (e-mail) and sent to the Trading Operations Department: dealer@instaforex.com
Claims submitted in other ways will not be taken into account.
5.3. The Client claim will take no longer than 10 working days to be settled by the Company:
If the Client's claim is considered fair, the Company will accept it and deposit funds in the Client's trading account within one working day.
InstaTrade Corporation follows generally accepted market practices and internal policy, for those claims not mentioned in the present Agreement.
5.4. The Client's claim form should have:
� Full name
� Account number
� Date and time contentious case occurred
� Contentious case ticker or order
� Description of claim, leaving out emotions
5.5. The Company has a right to deny the claim, if it doesn�t meet those conditions stipulated in paragraphs 5.1, 5.2, 5.4.

Changes in the Agreement on Welcome Bonus Receipt

Company introduces changes in Welcome Bonus receipt and usage since 05.02.2009.
Accounts, registered after 05.02.2009 and got Bonus in the amount of 30/200/1000 USD may apply for Bonus 30/200/1000 USD second time only when the period of 6 months has expired.

i would like to ask you,can you give the correct time for every Market Open (bank open) for instaforex?

Can you correct bellow if it not correct?

Market Open For
Auckland: 23:00
Sydney: 01:00
Tokyo: 02:00
Hongkong: 03:00
London: 10:00
New York: 15:00

According to InstaTrader market opens on Monday 00:00 (GMT +2) and closes on Friday 23:59 (GMT +2).

Hi dear friends,
unfortunately this scam broker is still lying and cheating.
I read Barunia's posts and I hope that your words declared the truth for everyone.
as I said before, a very big scam broker like insta which is also very unprofessional in this business and do not know the forex market, just entered to this business for our losses. it ignores our profit as much as it can. call people cheater, scammers, etc.
bonus just let them to ignore the profits whenever they want, so it is not important how much they give as the bonus, because they had never been connected to the market.
