We have lots of traders making profits much lager than yours and Yulia's, why don't we cancel their profit in this way? If we were scammers we would cancel all profits!

Because if you cancel all trader's profit, no one dare to open acc. in your company so you are not able to scam your clients anymore, and even your IB will leave you.
That's why you did not cancel all trader's profit.
Official position of the company is that your and Yulia's Welcome Bonuses were declined according to point 3 of The agreement on the Welcome Bonus receipt that says: "The client confirmed that he/she received the Welcome Bonus not for members of his/her family or friends but for himself/herself".
We are sure you and Yulia can be different persons. You can open a lot of trading accounts for your relatives, friends and so on and then tell us all of them have opened accounts for theirself and even send scan copies of ID. But it will not help

By that argument, any two (or more) people who sign up within a week or two of each other from the same country and who do any similar trades could be branded as rule breaker and have all profits taken.
How could I (or anyone else) even consider opening an account with you, knowing that all my profits could be confiscated if any coincidental trades or taking the same signals as another trader could easily make you suddenly decide that it's a fault
How do you determine the difference between friends taking the same trade signals and people cheating?
I was thinking of giving your bonus program a try along with a friend or two of mine that I trade with. Are you telling me that it would be a bad idea?
I trade in the Forex Diamonds room. I could very easily envision myself and another trader from the USA, perhaps even Florida, chatting and deciding to open accounts with a broker that offered such a generous incentive. Then it would be VERY easy for myself and the other trader to trade the same trade calls in the room. From your point of view, 2 people from the same area opened accounts at about the same time and made the same trades is a fault
I think everyone here would find that to be a simple way to prove the truth of this matter.

it is always a pleasure to read these discussions. It is a great example how a so called 'Support Forum' perverts to a trouble arena. The girls from Instaforex made each mistake they can do.
1. the Bonus story.
I think all members are now aware what problems a Bonus program brings. And to be honest, even if big brokers jump on this train - a bonus to get in customers should stay with casinos, not with a Forex broker. The customers coming in for the bonus will go away when the next bonus broker is coming up. And in the meantime they bring you tons of trouble.
Another option would be to pay a bonus for the most profitable customer - do you know a broker who does this? I do.
2. the zero spread story.
Another marketing trick in my eyes. There is only one realistic chance for such a trading offer; to trade on an interbank platform as Currenex or others which trades directly on bank level. BUT nobody here will be able to do this! The banks only let you trade with them if you are introduced by a well reputated broker or other financial institution. And it needs roughly 500,000 USD to place any position as their max leverage is 1:33. Most institutions trade with leverage 1, means for 1 lot they put 100K margin into the pot. And they only accept volume traders and charge a commission for trades as they don't get part of the spread.
So what does Instaforex offer mean? Pure marketing. Simply a cheap trick to get customer's money. As retail broker they cannot offer you a direct access for lower than 250,000USD deposit. Maybe they clear with some Russian banks - MAYBE. BUT - they also must pay a spread and as the spread on banks is variable they will definitely not make you a donation. It is simply the old '95% lose' rule. for each trader who makes profit they will suddenly enter a spread - otherwise they will lose twice - on spread and profit.
Instaforex is a closed shop and retail broker. Whatever you do - this has nothing to do with the real Forex market. This is no problem when the broker is honest. They are not. Too many claims and strange things here.

If your friends just open accounts and trade it will not arouse any suspicion.
But tell me now how many of your friends will open accounts at the same time with you, deposit them at the same time with you and OPEN THE SAME ORDERS at the same time with you?

about five, we did it in FXOPEN and FXOPEN did not cancel our PROFITS coz we DID NOT make any mistakes by doing those trades!Remember, our orders were similar! CHEATING happened when our orders were contrary.
Have you ever seen a rule that says: "Customer does not have to cheat with company"? Or: "If customer makes cross orders with his friends his profit will be canceled as cheater's profit"? Or something? Of course, no one company will write such kind of rules in its offer agreement. But this rules acts in reality!
That is why we have written a rule: "The company can cancel the Welcome Bonus in case of revealing unscrupulous usage of the bonus surcharge system". To protect company of customers cheating! And if you do not like this kind of rules do not accept them and do not try to get bonus - it is so simple!
I want to mention that fair way made profit by Yulia (4 USD) and by Barunia (10 USD) were withdrawn by them with their deposits.
