Will you let a SCAM broker like Instaforex use your space here to promote their bussiness??
To all traders, I would like to ask your opinion about my case..how could they say that I broke the rule and canceled my profit just because of GUESS not PROOF...
after they failed to accuse me with many reasons, now instaforex said that I broke rule : "The client confirmed that he/she received the Welcome Bonus not for members of his/her family or friends but for himself/herself".
it is really stupid! I opened account for myself and my friend yuli opened account for herself (off course with different IP Addresses), we're separated more than 80 km! our town are different! how could they say I broke rule??
so it means If you and your friends trade with the same signal, same currency, same direction...then you break rule!!! what a garbage!! is instaforex so unwealthy so that has to do such a thing??
As I follow that case from beginning your company canceled profit from that traders with issue about "one person and not one person" and now you change that reasons with issue "cross orders" easily, how could you say two peoples open same directions is a cross orders?? Are you stupid or something? Is it always like that the way instaforex solved problems with clients?? if yes, I got no more doubt that instaforex is a scam company!! Totally scam company run by stupid people!
I am not surprised if this Scam broker always Lie, you can see in Aras'case they made 2 fake orders fake email and many other bullshit. those girls are terrible liar.

i report from Eureka Account with jargons "No-Spread" but taking fee 1st.
the pair for EUR-GBP has spread for 2 pips. other pair in Eureka Account is still no spread.
why?? it's market for EUR-GBP so volatile now. perhaps all market using FAP turb0, Prizmal and or Abeiks EA .

Broker is not scam if you have made your withdrawal!!! You put your money, then you take your money - SO WHO HAS STOLEN YOUR MONEY?
And do not say we always change our opinion and reasons. If you look attentively through all our discussion here and on FPA-forum you will see that we always mentioned the point 7 (now it equals point 6) that the company could cancel the Welcome Bonus in case of revealing unscrupulous usage of the bonus surcharge system. At first suspicion! We have lots of traders making profits much lager than yours and Yulia's, why don't we cancel their profit in this way? If we were scammers we would cancel all profits!
And don't forget your profit was made with the help of company's money - company's 30 USD, why are you making a public row because of canceling such a trifling sum? If you were respecting yourself as trader you would never make such a panics.
Stop please blackmailing our company!
Read agreements next time when participating in campaign. Every company has a point of its ability to cancel bonus (present or so on) at its discretion.
As I know Instaforex has been lised to be scammer at FPA forum. And I checked there is no any regulation license. Any department regulate INStaforex?
InstaForex is Russian company. there is no any regulating organizations of forex-brokers in our country. We are regulated just by Russian and International Law.

Noone have made any fake orders or e-mails. Everybody has seen that Aras's screenshots were unreal.
And how could we believe to a man who was affiliate for himself and was getting comission from his own orders? He did not deny this. So you think it is fair for trader to earn such a way?

instaforex has!!!! you canceled my profit ($445) that was my right! and you also canceled yuli's profit ($369) that is her right! so no more question, you are a thief, robber! you are the worst chicken among bad chicken!! very unprofessional and poor mentality!
it's simple but you make it complicated...well I will enjoy making post and more posts to stop people being stealed from scam broker like you! I really feel honoured to do that I fully agree with TIMETOTIMETRADER's opinion about you and your scam company.

Yes, we confirm, that first we tried to proof you are same person with your friend, because of:
- same currency pair (AUD/USD)
- same way of depositing
- same transactions
- simultaneity of transactions
- simultaneity of the claims
It was first official position. But anyway your bonus was canceled according point 7 of The agreement on the Welcome Bonus receipt:

According to this Agreement the Welcome Bonuses were canceled on both trading accounts. At the same time Dealing Department has cancelled all the transactions with the Welcome Bonuses given by the company as the present.
You HAVE ACCEPTED this agreement when sending an application for bonus, so YOU KNEW that we can cancel bonus from the begining. If you did not like such rules you could not claim to bonus - noone make you to claim to it! So now it is your own fault. Every customer should READ agreemetns before getting service. Agreements always has such points for protecting a company - it is normal practic. It will be a lesson to you for future.
And you can post as much as you like. I think this messages also will help us to protect company from such cases.
