I understand about pitfalls.
But in some countries the people do not trust each other so this pitfall may be very small one.

The only reason I am posting here is to reduce the attacking on this thread.
If you can do the checking inside your office and the members will reduce attacking messages on the thread so everything will be fine.

I am not from their part of the world ... Our forum is not connected with any broker and I personally am not connected with any broker as well. I can help the members by words only, by suggestings and so on ...

Well, I wouldn't say that they don't reply emails. They do and actually quite fast, within couple of hours.

I have to really disagree on that. Almost every forex broker known today offers forex bonus. You can always turn down the bonus if this isn't something you are looking for, but overall, bonuses are everywhere.

I have got the information about the delivery cost from my town to Kaliningrad Russia is:
Fedex ==> $52 3-4 days
DHL ==> $57 3-4 days
and to stamp copy of my ID is free.
what do you think? or you want me just to send it to your local support in Indonesia? the cost will be cheaper. please reply me.

Notary, for those you are not familiar with the term, is a public official who notarizes legal documents and who can also administer and take oaths and affirmations, among other tasks. In other words - a lawyer who has the right to check the legitimity of any document. Lawyers exist anywhere, so no problem here.

OK, you will have to pay... once... to get your documents validated. Doesn't sound too bad to me. You can use the validated prove with other brokers, if so required.

I have tried to contact the notary in my area, he told me that the one who has right to give legalized stamp on ID is the local government in my area not the notary because ID is issued by local government not the notary
Now my local government has given stamp on my ID and I am ready to send it to instaforex, I need instaforex to send me the money to post my ID ($52) via fedex because I am worried if I have sent my ID and spending more money but instaforex deny that they receive my ID.
my worry is reasonable based on my experience with instaforex, instaforex often "LIE" to me...first instaforex cancelled my profit ($445), in another forum they said, the reason why they cancelled my profit was they accused me that I am the same person with Yulia, and then after they could not prove what they're saying they began to change the topic,they accused me that I broke the rule of quote system and (again) after they could not prove it again, now in this forum they start to accuse me by the first topic!

because instaforex had never asked me before to send my notarized copy of ID via post! not by email not in forum, never! I really wonder why she had to lie...??
I and Yulia are definetly different! different person different DNA different IP Address different town!
the reason why I am posting in this forum is just because instaforex ignored me and not cooperative to solve our problem, I asked instaforex to come here or to send their local support to prove who is who BUT again they ignored me, well beside posting in this forum to pursuit justice, what else can I do???

in Indonesia National identity Card is issued by the local government and every validating and bussiness about ID card is handled by the local government not the notary, please understand the situation

Hi Barunia,

Even in Malaysia IDs are issued by government. It is now depends on Instaforex if they agree to accept validating documents other than notary, as i remember some brokers are ok if we validating official documents with lawyers or court magistrate. I have done it before, but not with Instaforex.

Well, lets see what instaforex has to say. You have all the documents now - just need to send them.

If you are worried about whether the validation is enough, maybe you can scan the document and send it to instaforex support for a check up first, and then send it via fedex? Also, with Fedex you will be able to track the delivery. Just keep all the receipts as a proof.
