now I know why the better brokers don't pay any bonus. It is nothing more than eyepowder and brings work and problems and troubles.

I prefer a broker not playing those silly games.

(I am sure they regret their bonus game meanwhile )

I understand maybe you don't care about client's problems with their brokers, but I see these broker representative is not cooperative in solving their client's (barunia) problem. their show arogance to members and not care with constructive criticism. I ask you to spend little time to be moderator of this stagnant case (I am sure you can be neutral and fair although this broker has paid for promotion in this forum).

Not all of them are scammers, but many of them used bonus agreement to trap and scam their clients.

We cannot say that all brokers who offer free services are scam. Some brokers are there who are running successfully and providing free services because their company must have been running such schemes for clients. All companies have their own working rules and strategies.

It is also true that seeing services of successful brokers many people start their own brokerage firms and include free services to make more clients and brokerage also.

Actually no relation between brokers who offer free bonus and scammers. You can see many brokers like that not scammer and have good service especially in client's complaint.

I am not fully understand about what was going on this thread ...

When some clients starts to post very angry messages on this thread, and when broker replied in the same way so I sent several PMs to the broker representatives asking them to speak with good manners with the clients. Because the clients are just a people and nothing they can do against the broker except arise the noise on the thread. It is normal case. But the broker does not have any right to call the people as the scammers or any. Because the broker is the company.
So, I axplained broker representatives like that.

First of all, they do not have passport. There are no any passport. Does not exist in the world. There is ID.
Local name of the ID in Russia is passport.
In South East Asia and in South Asia in most of the countries - just an ID.

I am fully confused about how Client Relationship Department in Russia can check local ID cards issued from South East Asia and in South Asia ...

In Russia all the ID cards (passports) are registered by Ministry of Interrior. Means: they have database and they are issuing those IDs. In some other countries - databases are very old sometimes.

Did you see any ID?
It is small paper with photo and with name and family name in some language ...

It is not easy to provide identity for the ID cards issued in this part of the world... and do you know the differences between valid ID cards and not valid ID cards in the countries? Do you have samples for that, issued by whom sorry?

Notary ... may be they exist ... I have no idea ... may be they do not exist there. In any case, the government replesentative is validating anything instead of notary (for money in most of the cases).

So, if you tell someone
"take your passport, go to notary and than send notary copy to me" ...
do you know what the person will do?

He will take his ID (if he has it of course), will go to some registration department of his area asking to validate or to provide addition identity with some additional docoments, or to make stamp on copy of his ID (if he will explain to the government representative about why he needs it ...) ... and he will pay money for that to the government.

Only I can see is lack of professionalism of this broker concerning some cases with clients support and so on.
Just hope that they will improve their support and so on.

- whether they keep their promise or not
- the quality of their customer services - do they ignore their customers email?

I hope they don't use xmas holidays as an excuse. Since I have done this since couple week ago.
