Now instaforex still uses this forum to promote their company but in other hand they're still cheating profit from clients without acceptable reasons, so let those things to be clear.

and it needs 3 girls to answer customer's questions, and most times all of them write to one point. Are people so cheap to hire in their location? Or are they making so much profit from cheatings?
Claims for FXCM are answered by one person. Not always the same - but they have 100K customer as far as I know. Ok - maybe the claims here with Instaforex are very complicated. And NO - I do not even recommend FXCM (you have to be careful here in this world war 3 forum ) - it is just an example.

Why don't you give the same opportunity to the two traders to prove that they are really different people??
We gave them the opportunity. We asked to send notirized copy of their passports to be sure they are different people. But they refused to do this.
We do not ask something impossible, espessially when the point 6.1. of the Public Offer Agreement says: The Company has the right to ask the Client to confirm the full name of his true identity, as stated on the trading account registration form. The Client can receive a request, at any moment, to submit a copy of an electronic passport or a notarized copy (at the Company’s discretion.)
And this Agreement accept every client who opens live trading account with our company.
As soon as we receive their documents we will adduce an official excuse to them. However untill the moment we haven't received anything from them.

according bonus agreement.
You can withdraw sum deposited to your account
using the same method as you have deposited by"
i was shocked...i really wonder..coz i traded in fair way..i did not break any rules..
i insisted him to give me proof that i broke rule..but until now i did not get answer and my money still in instaforex..
please help me get my money back sir..

it means that yulia already receive the bonus but deleted later... I've come to your sites, tried to sign up, and as far as I know, to get the bonus we need to submit our scan/copy of pasport/government ID first... it means that if yulia has already receive the bonus (before deleted) she must have already submit her ID documents...
If yulia refused to sent her ID document she must have not received her bonus yet, but the fact she already received it..
So why you say that they refused to sent their copy of ID document ???

I have been with Instaforex since six months ago. until now no major problem. this is broker all in one. having various options including swap free and by just only one account can be trade nano, micro and standard.
