It always happens when a broker doesn't like your trading stye. They don't close your account, they drive you crazy till you close it.
10 seconds it's a joke. Internet connection doesn't matter, if you trade via GPRS doesn't take that long. And not everybody is Fred Flinstone
I did not undestand what about you are speaking - all my trades are processing instantly. It is not 1 second but 0 SECOND! And I like it
Sometimes problems with connection may be reasonble by problems with internet provider. I have unlim IDSL and my speed of all orders is very good.
Internet connection doesn't matter. It's about your trading style. It could be scalping or news trading, If a broker doesn't like it, hold your trade for x seconds. Else every broker can have 0 second processing
I don't know about your broker anything. May be it is really bad. I did not try sorry. But I think some members are trading the news and execution is very important for their trading style. They are posting the same on many other brokers' threads going from one broker to the other one and if the broker (any broker) did not meet their requirement (most of the brokers not) so they are trying to put the broker down because of that.
It is as I understand it following many broker's threads.
