But I want you representatives to clarify something first about some rumours spreading around chatrooms/forums about Instaforex.
Some people claims that their account is restored with no money earned, only deposit remains.
Some people claims that they can't even get any money back.
And some serious bad reviews are from that ForexPeaceArmy... I think you must have been noticed.

We never take no notice of any claim case. We always try to solve problems of our clients. But different situations happen everytime. Sometimes customers start panic if for example they can not withdraw their money, but in mostly cases they make mistakes for theirself (enter incorrect password or so on). Sometimes technical failures take place and bring with it different problems, in this cases we always do our best to find the most right solution.
Also some unfair customers who were exposed don't find another way to get money but backmail company on forums.

I have seen that thread, but I found no explanation about FPA review's case, thus I found this interesting post..

Making counterclaims against FPA when all they are doing is pointing out a deficiency in your company is a case of poor judgment in my opinion. Making "Black PR" against your competitors may work in Russia, but in the rest of the world, it just gets slapped back in your face. If you want your company to succeed internationally, you need to focus on providing a better product than the others, not by spreading rumours and bogus claims against them in a sad attempt to divert attention from the real issues at hand.
I hope you understand that what I'm saying is not an attack against you. It is merely a personal observation and some (hopefully) helpful constructive criticism.
What do you think about mr. jafar00 opinion? please give me details information to FPA review's case, so we are safe become your client's. We will be at your back if you are in the right position and reasonable. Otherwise we are affraid if the problem was resolved just because of suspicious case and spreading rumours.
