This is really a very mad broker I've ever seen, this broker is totally shameless, what they've said will be denied by themself..
But it won't help them from being a scam coz their behaviour is bad..they thought that way could raise their performance and crediblity.
their hobby is accusing clients whatever they like, in this aras194 case, I saw instaforex got cornered so they made a big change in aras194 case, if not I am sure they will have more loss since customers will be scared dealing with them.
Have you traded with us to make such a conclusion that we are bad or good?
In case with aras194, he received all his profit, and we explained why such mistake took place and as you can see he didn't deny the fact that he tried to cheat.

As it was said before our company is acting in accordance with the Agreement which you accepted when open an account with us, so in case you lost something because of this spike, write to dealers@instaforex.com and explain your complaint.
