He must have been a magician to know that your server will have a reqoute porblem, if what your saying is true he would have opened an account with every broker and with bigger amount of money.
If person is experienced in making profits on failures and if he/she watchs economic situation he/she has not to be magician to open accounts with brokers hoping that failures will have a place and wait for this time.

I am getting confused of how you define a scam ?
Since we talk about statistics then FxOpen and InstaForex are the only brokers who call their cleints as scammer.
I have a signed contract with IBFX , Gain Capital and with Alpari UK and they all have asked for my details and they refused to open an account when some of the details were missing or some of the document were old " 5 months old bill " , beside your client was also an IB so further document were need to be signed and approved.
Having said the above and to be fair with you , I don't think anyone can turn 100$ into 8000$ in 3 days , there might be some sort of a trick " or maybe a scam " but your not presenting your argument to help prove it.

I have attached my statement.
the most of my profit was made on GBPJPY, as you know it came down more than 1200 pips on last week and I could take most of this movement. even some buy at the end of the week.
I do not want to believe just my words, but my documents.
and also consider that the broker gave us just two fake ticket numbers, which are wrong, like his other claims.
please please please want them to provide us true documents. like my full statement and the documents like deleting other trader's profit or loss on that period.
I took a screenshot from the journal of my metatrader because I did not close metatrader and did not turned the PC off during those days.

3 days in a row aras194 makes profit, and yet you claim he/she make use of your failure system. What kind of excuse. The price quoted are controlled by you. How aras194 cheat you with all the pending orders? In fact you are tried to denied it's profitable trades by deleted it. First time i heard a broker said "unfair profit".
It is the policy of every broker. If the order was opened when the system failed - it is being deleted.
This is the problem with Quotes Providers. It can happen with any broker and that is why the point in the Public offer agreement was created. This person used this system failures and after that he is trying to prove that he traded honest way and says that was HIS money. His money was 100$ and we gave him back HIS money.

For a professional "official" representative of your company, you're quite useless.
I should send a letter to your company talking about of what a horrible job you're doing on attempting to "quill" the tension on this forum regarding brokers, and how essentially you're creating, in my professional marketing opinion, horrible PR.
Hopefully by then, we'll have a new representative that is more understanding on the fact that we have a right to complain, and you have the right to deal with it. But hey, you're the official representative- talks wonders about your company and yourself doesn't it?

Lets just say for example tht Ive been with you for a couple of months or years trading with your company and one fine day tht my account had been accused of wrong quotes for the whole month or years trading with your company and you deleted all my history and just spare my initial deposit. What a waste of time...
