Our quotations are not wrong most of the time.
Currency rates are not stable now, because of high valatility of the market. We can observe currency movement within one day which is typical for one month.

It can be explained by the world economic crisis. The last time we could see such a volatility of markets was ten years ago in 1991. Nowadays day stock exchange fluctuations is equal to normal month fluctuations. And it is very great problem for markets all over the world. And of course we have canceled all orders of all clients that were made in time of failures no matter were they profitable or unprofitable according to "The public offerta agreement". Are you sure? You have received notifications from our chief-dealer where he informs you about cancelation of your orders and explains you the reason (according point 5.6 of The public offerta agree).

Glad that I made you feel better. You may nibble as much as you want but it won't change the sense of the topic.
We have a person who blackmails our conpany. I think in case he had lost his 100 USD because of this failure in quotation system and our company in accordance with the Agreement canceled his deals and returnd him money he wouldn't have come to forum and cry here about injustice. Nobody made him accept this Agreement.

Unfortunately such problems can have any broker who receives the quotes from provider. That is why the Public Offer Agreement has such point 5.6 like in our version.

However mr aras 194 should agree that if he had lost his 100$ as a result of such quotes fluctuations he would wrote our support or finance that it was the mistake. And we should cancell this order.

I think it is more important to see what safeguard were implemented to prevent such problems in the future.

unfortunately, you are just speaking about the regulations while in fact, this regulation is not related to my case. because:

1-most of my trades were made by pending orders !!!

2- the volume were very low (0.1 ordinary lot or 1 lot in this broker)

3- none of the positions had been closed in less than several hours.

I want to inform you guys that the broker never ever sent me any e-mail related to this issue.

they just mentioned to 2 ticket numbers here, which you saw that they were comletely fake.

and the final point is that they want to change the subject our discussion by speaking about their regulations and many other things instead of any evidence or documents and tell why they mentioned to those wrong ticket numbers.
