they are very happy because most of the traders are losing.
whenever a trader makes a big profit, they change and show their real character.

so

if we want to be a loser, everything is ok guys and go on..., but if we want to make profit, we are scammers, we use the same IP, we trade with virtual ticket numbers which is still unseen anywhere !!!

finally you will see who is right and who is wrong, althogh everybody knows.

Very interesting phrase – “give my money back”
Your money – is 100 USD. All other money is a result of technical failure.
You can convince all people around that you make 8 000 USD having 100 USD and it takes just 3 days, and using only honest methods, however it won’t change the situation.

You used the failure in the quotation system for opening orders with unmarketable prices.
You have signed an Agreement with our company when opened an account with us.
And clause 5.6 says that all consequences of troubles in the quotation system always are eliminated and orders canceled and it doesn’t matter whether the client has 8000 USD profit or 8000 USD loss. I am sure if you lost all your money because of such technical failure and we return you this money in accordance with 5.6 clause you would not go to forums and write that our company scams you.

You can say that the consequences of this technical failure is your money, but the sum of your real fund won’t increase not even on 1 cent. Your real fund is 100 USD which we returned to you immediately.

And when you wrote “give me back my 8 000 USD” – this is strange, cause you can write only “give me back my 100 USD” BUT we returned you 100 USD long time ago. You can write “give me back my 8 billions dollars” and so on and show any painting statements, but nothing can change the truth: from your wallet will be transferred to the trading account 100 USD and you got this money back, because you tried to use technical failure for opening orders with unmarketable prices.

Dear albertiny,

When people lose their money because of such technical failures in quotation system we always return them their money back.
If aras194 had lost his 100 USD besause of this trouble with quotation system we would have returned him 100 USD him back. Because we act in accordance with the Public offer agreement.
And aras194 accepted this Agreement when opened an account with us.
That is why I hardly understand what is the reason for his complaints here!

my money is more than $8000.
I made them in a completely fair way.
you just provided 2 fake ticket numbers and everybody understood that you made it by yourself, so be honest and do not repeat your post.
I signed your regulations, but this case is not related to that. because I did not use what you say. you know yourself.

How do you explain that from the reconstitued statement from the log files, InstaForex - www.InstaForex.com, you had a price failure during 3 days and for 3 different pairs ? A price failure can happen for few minutes, but three days seems very long.
Please, would you like to comment this, and also to show us that you have also delete the other clients orders for those three days ?
There are ticket numbers on this statement; you should have keep the history of those tickets numbers. If this statement is fake, it should no be difficult to show here their real history, on which account they were traded, at which time, which pair, and so on...
I think that if you dont place your argumentation on the level of real facts, you will lose a lot of credibility.

I asked them to send me at least one ticket number, but they never ever answered any of my e-mails.

even in the case that you are right about technical failures if someone could

make 8000 $ with 100 $ only in 3 days so we should conclude that your

quotation is wrong most of the time.

This is very easy to explain. As you know we face world financial crises. We observe now very high market valatility. All analitics see that currencies movements are on the brink. Currency market hasn't experience such currency fluctuation since the year 1991. That is exactly the reason for such failures in quotation system.
I underline once again, he accepted the Agreement when opened an account with our company and we acted in accordance with this Agreement: "5.6. The Company keeps the right of reconsidering the results of deals of the Client in case of detection errors in server work, which leads to the quotation delay or to giving out non-market quotations." and 5.7. "The Company guarantees that any deal of the Client carried out by non-market quotation (spike) will be restored just after detection of the fact of erroneous performance."
This person decided to earn money using dishonest methods. He blackmails our company!
