Also we are going to open representatives in Kazahstan and Russia. Now we are negotiating with 3 companies from these countries and our negotiations actually are on the final stage. Soon representative offices will be opened in these countries also.

InstaForex company is not registed in FSA as its main activity is not providing services in Great Britain. And FSA actually is the state organ of Great Britain.
In London there is postal office of the company,which serves for correspondency processing. If you consider it to be illegal, then of course you should let it know local authorities.

InstaForex Company is not registered in FSA as its main activity is not supporting services in Great Britain. And FSA actually is the state organ in Great Britain.
In London there is company's postal office, which serves for correspondency proceeding. If you consider it to be illegal, then of course let it know to local authorities
I will enumarate the main peculiarities of trading through InstaForex, which were not enumerated before.
1.The special pip size for all kinds of accounts – 10000. It means that while making a deal for 1 pip on EUR USD with leverage 1:000 the magin will be 160 USD, pips price will be 1 USD. In other words the price of the pip will be equal (for couples EUR USD, GBP USD, AUDUSD and XXXUSD) or approximately equal (for FX crosses) to the pips value (for 1 pip deal – 1USD, for 0.01 pip deal – 0.01 USD)
So why are we using such system? Because of two reasons. The first – it’s very convenient for calculating the pip’s price, which is always equal to the deal’s volume. The second – it’s good opportunity for keeping money management even with big quantity of deals. As scalping is allowed, it’s very important for our clients.
2.The opportunity to work without spread on accounts like Eurica. While working on accounts without spread, you can always buy currency at the same price as you sold it. It spares the necessity of taking into account spread influence on order activation price, which is necessary both for traders – beginners (easy work with pending orders) and professionals (each pip is important while making technical analysis ). While making deals on accounts like Eurica you just pay commission, which doesn’t exceed ordinary spread for this couple and you get all this advantages which gives you spread trading.

The postal office in London serves only for correspondency handling. The main office will be opened in Russia as it was stressed before. I can't understand why your attitude is so ironic - the company is planning to open postal addresses and service offices in different countries but without making them main offices as the main office can be the only one by definition!!!
As concerns FSA registration from it services has already refused lots of famous brokers with world-known names including LiteForex and NorthFInance. So we are not minding if along with shady dealings as PoltekFX, you will include also these companies. But frankly speaking I can't understand why are you discussing FSA topic here but not in the topics devoted to it.
FSA is a national organization, which regulates the activity of financial companies INSIDE Great Britain. Insta Forex is not British company and we don't even have in plans to make it British in the foreseeable future.
Yes we have address in London just for correspondency handling and if there will be need we can add the phone calls processing, but still the main office is located in Russia and it's by its geographical position much closer to the center of Europe, than London.
