To tell you the truth, I hardly understand the point of your question. It is said in the news, that if your balance is less than 100k USD and more than 5k USD the minimum lot size is 0.1. It does not depend on the balance's ratio, it is set by the company, and it is the company's right to fix up lot sizes.
Could you please change your rule to minimum lot size 0.1 for account balance from 10k USD ? IF not can I request that for my account ?

Johnus is trying to say that you don't need to switch to MT5 to offer 5 digits because some actual MT4 brokers are offering that, and it will give you a lot of clients if you make that change.
Instead, if you switch to MT5 exclusively, you will lose a big, big number of clients because the new platform is not traders-friendly, for example the anti-hedging policy and the need to reprogram the indicators, scripts and expert advisors. You can look the comments here in TSD- about 90% don't like the new platform.
I'm very happy with you (except for the low execution, that you could try to improve), and I'm expecting at least you offer both platforms MT4 and MT5, otherwise I'll need to find another broker, may be not metatrader. And I'm not the only one.
