Instaforex invites all to take part in the competition of traders among demo-accounts with a prize fund 11500 dollars! Trading on a demo-account, you get possibility to get one of money prizes.

I. General Conditions
The Tournament is organized by InstaTrade Corporation.
The Tournament starts on the 29st of September 2008 and finishes on the 31st of October 2008.
Registration starts on the 1st of August 2008 and finishes on the 28st of September 2008.
Prizes of totally $11500 are distributed among:
- First Place - $5 000
- Second Place - $2 000
- Third Place - $1 000
- Fourth Place – $500
- 3 random Extra-prizes - $1 000 every ($3 000 summary)
Trading on Tournament accounts will be available on DEMO server of InstaForex – ITC Demo.
All Participant operations will only be performed with virtual money on their accounts.
Every Participant can have only one Tournament account.

II. Participants
Any holder of real account in InstaForex is eligible to participate in the Tournament.
If the Participant does not have real trading account in InstaForex then he should open it before registering on Tournament.
Everybody who wants to participate in the Tournament must be registered on web-site of InstaForex.
The Participant agrees and undertakes to provide true information about himself/herself at registration.
The Participant can be registered only once within the Tournament.
The attempts of using for trading in the Tournament several trading accounts or use of anonymous proxies will result in unambiguous disqualification of the Participant.
Organizers reserve the right to refuse registration to a Participant without showing the cause and to disqualify him/her showing the cause. The one of possible causes of disqualify may be occurring of opening opposed orders on big volume in same instruments on two or more accounts several times.
Having registered for participation in the Tournament, each Participant expresses hereby his/her full agreement with these Rules without any exceptions or limitations.

III. Trading Terms
After registration procedure the Participant receives access to Tournament account on 10000 USD.
The virtual start deposit is USD 100 000, leverage 1:500. The deposit may not be topped up.
All trading instruments are available in the trading terminal InstaTrader may be used in trading.
All trades opened by non-market prices will be canceled.
Participant can use Expert Advisor in trading and any trading strategies.
The minimum trade size is 0.01 lot, the maximum trade size is 10 lots with the step of 0.01 lot for each order.
Participant can change his Tournament account to Swap Free account contacting support of InstaForex.
The maximum amount of same time opened positions and pending orders is 5.
Stop Out level is 10%.
All trading conditions for Tournament accounts are same as for real trading accounts excluding possibility choosing other deposit currency.

IV. Publishing of Results
During the Tournament equity volumes of all accounts can be published in table of participants on InstaForex website.
InstaForex reserve the right to public participants’ statements on the web-site after Tournament finishing.
Statistic of countries and regions of participants may be published any time during the Tournament running time and after.
Results of Tournament will be published in 7 days after Tournament finishing after all checking procedures for cheating and other dishonest methods.

V. How the Winners Are Determined
After the Tournament is finished (23:59 on the 17st of October 2008, trading time), all positions on Participants accounts will be automatically closed with current quotes.
Four Participants who have the largest balances by the end of the Tournament will be declared as the Winners.
If 2 or more potential winners have equal balances, the final decision will be made by the Jury.
All participants has opened at least fife orders during the Tournament will take part in drawing of 3 Extra-prizes at 1 000 USD every. In case winner of Extra-prize Participant was referred to Tournament by one of other Participant then Extra-prize will be divided on 2 parts at 500 USD between Winner of the Extra-Prize and Participant had referred Winner to the Tournament.
The Winners must agree to the publication of their names and surnames.

VI. How the Award Is Paid
The Winners must send the photocopies of their to email tournament@instaforex.com or by fax (+7 4012 616265) within 30 working days after they have been declared winners in order to confirm their identity.
The sum of prize will be deposited on real trading account of Participant was entered while registration.
All prizes excluding first place prize can be transferred from trading account. Prize for first place can is not able to withdraw but any profit from this sum is able to transfer from account.

At this moment InstaForex isn't regulated by FSA, NFA or CYSEC because these organisations have power on local markets.
Headquarters of InstaForex is located in Russia.
So at this moment we are working on getting licenses from Russia goverment in order to increas the list of services in russian stock market.
