About address please ask Poltekfx (or FXOpen). And please do not post same thing many times: members of our forum can not help you in this case.

Now I understood. You mean FSS (Federal Secutity Service), but such cases are not under their responsibility. Erlan CANNOT influence FxOpen by any authorities, he tried a lot of times. We don't have such service as FBI.

We do not know (and nobody knows) who are FxOpen, and where they are located. Their phones and addresses are fakes. They have no location, so nobody knows which police office to go to. Otherwise they would have been reported and imprisoned long ago.

PoltekFX and FXOpen know each other very well because it was one broker before but later it was separated by 2 brokers. It is as I understand.
And I just got PM that PoltekFX has nothing with your posts.
So, you 3 people will meed each other in Russian former KGB corridors: you (whatever you are), PoltekFX and FXOpen.
This case is fully related to FBI (or FSS) as you and other 2 brokers are talking that they were scammed by each other. So, it is local Russian story.
I am suggesting the same thing to PoltekFX and FXOpen (go to Bolshoy Dom) as it is local story fully related to one city and some people want for this story to be very very international one. It is fully related to FSS.

Notice to all traders friend. Please beware of another MT4 brokerage house which is roaming around in Europe to hide themselves after throwing out from Swiss land. Now they are based in Cyprus and not sure what will be next destination to run away. Large number of traders has lost their account with them due to technical difficulties of their trading server what they deny as usual when there are any complaint. They have been using many weapon as marketing tools as 1:500 leverage which in fact not effective at all and also Islamic Financing facilities what is really bull-shit campaign. Sometime they allure traders by saying they do facilitate trading insurance which truly greatest bull-shit weapon. In their website they have put one slogan “ Honesty, Trust and Clarity” which is adversely should be assumed they are most dishonest people in FX industry as they are cheating everyone day by day.
Moreover, they are not regulated by anyone since most brokerage house in Cyprus take advantage to be non-regulated by anyone. There are insider information that anytime this brokerage will be shut down without any notice.
Therefore, it’s greatest urge to all traders all over the world to close their account and withdraw their fund immediately. Else there would be no time to realize hard-earned capital from this dishonest peoples.
If any trader want to loose their hard-earned capital then they must ignore this message to go to them. It’s their choice and discretion as none will protect them.
I’m usually checking which regulators are working on brokers in order to define which of them I’d choose. how regulators work there in Europe? How they back traders up?

second, unfortunately your answer is completely wrong... because order number 1627312 (account number 38229)/yuli's account, deposit $20 got bonus $30...she got profit $4! this profit is from: BUY AUD/USD with 2 LOT and got 2 pips. Well as you know Yuli could not open BUY AUD/USD with 2 LOT at price 0.6765 if she only used her deposit $20, with leverage 1:500 she needed $27,06 (0.6765 x 20.000 / 500) to open that trade! so OFF COURSE she used your bonus $30 to be able to make that trade...

I would like to ask your opinion about my case...
After instaforex failed to accuse me and Yuli with many reasons (I was the same person with Yuli, breaking Quote system, cross order with Yuli)=== I asked instaforex to meet me and yuli to prove we are different persons, but they refused, and then they asked us to send our copies of notarized ID but when we were going to send our copies of notarized ID they suddenly changed their own statements and making new accuse,
now instaforex accused us that we broke rule : "The client confirmed that he/she received the Welcome Bonus not for members of his/her family or friends but for himself/herself".
it is really stupid! I opened account for myself and my friend yuli opened account for herself (off course with different IP Addresses), we're separated more than 80 km! our towns are different! our provinces are different! how could they say we broke rule??
all of my orders were coincide with Yuli's orders! we decided to open orders 3 minutes before market closed, firstly we thought that market closed at 23:00 server time, but after knowing that market still opened we suddenly decided to close our orders! I got $10 and yuli got $4! and then 3 minutes before market was about to be closed at 24:00 server time we opened orders again, both BUY AUD/USD! I got $445 and Yuli got $369, so NO CROSS!! eventhough according to ekaterina it was CROSS! I wonder what kind of dictionary ekaterina read about forex term!
what was the difference between profit $10 and profit $445 ? what was the difference between profit $4 and $369?? if instaforex was consistent with it's decision that we broke the rule :"The client confirmed that he/she received the Welcome Bonus not for members of his/her family or friends but for himself/herself"
then why my profit $10 and Yuli's profit $4 were considered as fair one and my profit $445 and yuli's profit $369 were considered as cheating??
the only difference is : $445 and $369 were bigger than $10 and $4!! if instaforex was really sure that I and Yuli broke their rule, instaforex MUST not give us those profits ($10 & $4)! No matter how much our profits were, instaforex MUST not give us those Profits since our accounts were ILLEGAL according to instaforex! But instaforex showed us it's weakness point, instaforex considered that our profits $10 and $4 were LEGAL and our profits $445 and $369 were ILLEGAL!! this is so STRANGE!! profit $445 and $369 were made from the same ACCOUNT with account that made profits $10 and $4! BUT instaforex cancelled our profits $445 and $369 because of this rule:"The client confirmed that he/she received the Welcome Bonus not for members of his/her family or friends but for himself/herself"
