This is not the reason for calling our company "scam". As I know, you even did not try to contact finance department regarding your withdrawal. We make an apology for the delay, but it took place because of the technical errors. That day when you ordered the withdrawal due to the temporary bug our finance dept. has not received your request, that is why it was not processed. Your money was returned to your account, please, try to order the request again. Next time it will be more successful.
P.S. We have phoned you today, but you have preferred to receive an e-mail. The e-mail was send to you today.
IFX_EkaterinaPR, try tp understand, that traders are scared when they get sacmmed or not scammed but something extraordinary happens to their accounts or funds, so we should be more respectful to them, especially if you have technical problems that cause trouble

But in my opinion, the first place a trader should apply to is the company's Client Service or Support, not forum. Let's imagine, no one from our company has visited forex-tsd forum and read Mr. dj72dj72's post. Then who will help him in this case?
The problem could be solved long ago, if the client would contact our finance department.

you're right though people have different views on different things and it's quite reasonable to suppose that some disappointed clients will think it's better to visit a forum not to call Support just awaiting he/she will get nothing, will be yelled at etc.
We do our best to show our honesty. If a client has a problem, we will assist him with a great pleasure.
