Nobody will create several video records about FXOPEN SCAM in case there was no scam. In case the case with this scam issue was resolved the Erlan record with excuse for FXopen should be published.

I am sure any company would make this condition as main for getting him his money back. And the fact he did not any "excuse video record" mean there was no resolving of this SCAM FXOPEN case.

Where is erlan now? like 2 yrs from his escapade, he is gone. No longer exists. Various forums have noted that erlan had the same IP as those promoting another brokerage.

So why are you still posting about something that ''hypothetically'' happened 2 yrs ago.

FXOpen do not have licenses from FSA, NFA, CYSEC, you are right. You are right, Mauritius is an offshore zone. If this not suite your needs then definatelly FXOpen is not the place for you to trade. We are not pushing anyone to join our company,we do not mislead Clients - all information is based on our website. I believe that Clients will decide either he/she want to continue using our services or choose another company .

Hello Alexander. I look forward to answering your questions in the FXOpen thread. As for the "bots", if the guys want to talk about their trading and add some useful technical analyses for other traders at fxopen, are they not free to do so?

I noticed that a certain broker whom I shall not name here has had a bad time at FPA being marked as scam and even putting up a webpage dedicated to sullying them, but the reputation of FPA amongst traders by peer review is quite positive. It's also a good forum for a broker which can have a chance to look at some constructive criticism of the way they are operating and maybe take some steps to improve their service in a way that benefits both the company their clients. Of course, a client should never have to resort to requesting mediation from FPA, but when mistakes are made, it's a good way for both parties in a dispute to have a second chance at resolving it.

FPA is miles away from the old forexbastards project and is a step in the right direction for the forex industry as a whole.

What you are trying to defend from what and from whom?
From FxGiant? He was IB of this broker. It is something which this broker should fix inside the office with his IB.
It is inner situation concerning the broker and his IB about money. And it is not for the first time with IBs. And, of course, it is related to professionalism of live support personnel of the broker and so on. Read the broker's thread from the beginning to understand more.

Or may be you are talking with oakmonster who is using anonymous hosting? Are you sure that it is not broker's representatives are talking between each other in this way? Do you know what anonymous hosting means? It means that oakmonster can be anyone. May be it is you who are talking with yourself who know
Why you decided that it is FXOpen?
It can be anyone who are using anonymous hosting from Seychelles. It can be you as well
You just need VPS with internet and you can serf anonymously talking with yourself in the way as "good investigator - bad investigator" attracting the people and promote to the broker to increase the clients quantity


So, please, do not create any broker wars here as this situation is nothing with any other broker.

It you want to give the members some clue about so you can open the thread about brokers and regulations. And it will be interesting discussion because many traders are using the brokers from Russia, from the US, from Europe and so on, there are some new rules, how to select the broker and so on. It can be very interesting and usefull discussion.

Concentrate yourself with something good and usefull for all the members.
