Unfortunately, our discussion has left the frame of a constructive dialogue and has become affected by emotional subjectiveness. Therefore we decided to appeal to the third party in resolving of the occurred situation. This third party - FPA - is well-known as a trustworthy and reliable intermediary in the conflicts between traders and brokerage companies. Since we have relevant experience of resolving such conflicts with their services and they have proved themselves as one of the most trusted and competitive organizations experienced in handling this kind of business. After a proper investigation their conclusion will be presented on this resource and considered to be final and indisputable.
Today we presented a detailed report on the situation to FPA. After we have got their response and the hidden Forum thread has been created (in accordance with their practice of negotiation) we will send Mr. Jafarzadeh a link to this thread with access details provided by FPA.
So, have you tested FXCM and Oanda? They have No Dealing desk. That means that they do not interfere in trading of their customers...

Basically, almost every broker is interested in your loss. So, even the phrase “NO DEALING DESK” does not mean anything except the cases when the broker offers DMA (direct market access) trading or hedging customer positions in the interbank market. The latter means that there is no conflict of interests. Such brokers receive only commission from your trading and they are safety in paying out your profits if you are successful in FOREX trading. To my mind, dear traders, you’d rather search for DMA brokers.
FXCM told me that they do not offer access to the interbank market. No dealing desk means, according to their reply to me, the best quotes that they receive from several banks. But no DMA,again.
Having read a lot of posts and reviews about brokers, I have made a conclusion that only a few brokers can be trustable. And even NFA- and FSA-regulated brokers are not safe. The big problem of NFA, to my mind, is that FXCM in fact rules this agency. It is known far and wide that FXCM managers are members of NFA board and it is they who trigger the increase in budget requirements up to $20 million. And you know why they did it? Almost every broker which does not have such a level of budget had to leave the American FOREX market by SELLING their customers to FXCM. And it is FXCM which pushes the law that forbids US-citizens to trade with non-US brokers. There is a smell of sheer building of monopoly, do not you think so?

I am trader from India. I have been trading for my clients for long time.
I personally manage more than $115,000 of funds of my clients in the form of managed accounts.
My broker was initially easy forex. However, because of some problems, I had to look for other broker.
I became IB of Instaforex and opened some accounts with them.
They were requoting, every trade I was losing at the least 15 pips to them, going straight to their pockets. I beared all this.
But then on 19th June, they did the ugliest thing on the earth.
Their server got disconnected so many times. For so long time.
Their were 4 accounts I was managing at the moment with the sizes of $4500+ collectively.

Just see how many times and for how long I was disconnected.
As soon as this occured, I contacted their support. A guy called Alexey attended me and told that " I apologize there are problems with our server. In case you incur losses because of this, your losses will be restored."
He assured me that connection will be back.
But, Connection came, after some time, their was no connection again.
Again a connection and disconnected again. All accounts suffered margin call after this disconnection.
When I reported this problem to the dealing desk, they said that they will solve this problem based on my logfiles.
However, when later after couple of days they realised that they have to make compensation of losses by going via my logfiles.
These scumbags just changed their words!!!
Now they are saying that logfiles are not the proofs. They were able to clear the other account orders during that time.
Here is the logfile of the same day for other broker called Masterforex -
How many times you can see a disconnection there? Only once and then it got connected immediately.
They have caused me $4000 losses. And they say, their server outage hasn't played any role in my losses.
I would just say, advice and warn all traders to just stay away from this broker. This is just the biggest scammer amongst the all. It will not take away your money by requotes, slippage and bad execution, but also make you broke by blocking your ip, making you lose because of their problem and then take no responsibility.
I pray these scumbags go to hell. You will not be able to swallow grains of my money you idiot Instaforex !!! May god bring you the worst death ever happened in the history of mankind.
FXGiant, there are many reports of traders being scammed by Instaforex but still you open accounts and traded with them and also became an IB for them. So what should we think of it when they scam you? May be it's your own fault for trusting them in the first place.

These suckers offered me 1.5 pips rebate on each trade, 20% deposit bonus on accounts and also promised 10% bonus on deposit of my clients.
I knew that they are going to eat that from bad execution.
But never thought even in my dreams that they would simply block the ip(don't know that they did this) or simply just take no responsibility of their very own technical and server problem.
