That is good you have mentioned "as you have said". So we can see it is just your own opinion, but not general.
Noone has stolen your money. You even did not have such a profit because your deposit was 20 USD and your bonus was declined according The agreement on Welcome Bonus receipt.
i had a very bad experience with crown forex.
i ve found totally unreliable because they always made problems and took to long to make withdrawals. last time, when i wanted to close the account, the last withdrawal didn't arrive. for 1 whole month i called director of crown forex but still today, nothing. they said, they have sent the money but at least not on my account.

For my understanding:
if broker deleted profit of the traders with no reason showing in public so this broker is scammer.
if the trader are extorting the money from someone and when he refused to give so punish him so it is criminal.
Can someone explain to me about what is going on around this broker?
For my understanding: both cases are exists.
We can delete the thread of this broker with no problem. But need to understand first.

two traders opened their accounts with our company at the same time and received Welcome bonuses according to the new campaign provided by InstaForex at that time. According to the rules every customer could receive this bonus after opening an account and depositing it, but if we have any suspicion of revealing unscrupulous usage of the bonus surcharge system, so we can decline bonus. So if you are agree to get bonus you should first agree with this rule. Both traders agreed and understood their bonuses could be deleted.
We thought first this is one person because of the time of opening accounts and same orders. So we decided to delete their bonuses for company's safety. And if no bonus no profit from bonus. Where is scamming?
Maybe it is too strict on the vision of humanity, but in fact and according regulations there is no any violation from the company's side.
So, Yuli and others, please stop blackmailing our company!
I have experienced about 3 months with insta and had decided to wdrwl all my money there since last 3 months ago.
Reason:
1) Most of my orders failed to close the position at my desired price. I am comparing with my others real ac brokers side by side with the same ea running, finally it was confirm only insta having this issues.

With my pleasure Mr. newdigital I will try to explain,
I and my friend barunia open account with this scam broker at November 6 2008, we decided to open orders 3 minutes before market closed at friday night, firstly we thought that market closed at 23:00 server time, but after knowing that market still opened we suddenly decided to close our orders. I got $4 and barunia got $10 and then 3 minutes before market was about to be closed at 24:00 server time we opened orders again, both BUY AUD/USD! so no CROSS! eventhough according to Instaforex it was CROSS. At monday we close our orders, I got profit $369 and Barunia got profit $435, after that I made withdrawal request but this scam broker deleted our big profit and just leaving a little profit. When I made complaint in other forum their representative accuse us with many reasons (I was the same person with barunia, breaking Quote system, cross order) and they failed to proved all reasons, finnaly instaforex accused us that we broke rule : "The client confirmed that he/she received the Welcome Bonus not for members of his/her family or friends but for himself/herself". And again they just can accuse with no prove, in other side we can give fact to prove that I opened account for my self and barunia opened account for her self, my IP Addresses is different, our towns are different, our provinces are different. And I asked instaforex to meet me and barunia to prove we are different persons, but they refused, and then they asked us to send our copies of notarized ID but when we were going to send our copies of notarized ID they suddenly changed their own statements.
Instaforex always made contradiction, if Instaforex was so sure that I and barunia broke that rule, then why they gave my profit $4 ?? that profit from BUY AUD/USD 2 lot and got 2 pips! when this situation was asked to Ekaterina, she answered that profit was made just from my deposit $20 not from bonus $30, but in fact it is impossible to open that order with just $20, with leverage 1:500 I needed $27,06 (0.6765 x 20.000 / 500) to open that trade! so OFF COURSE I used that bonus $30 to be able to make that trade... and ekaterina was unable to answer that simple question.
With all these circumstance they just can prove lie, arrogance, and not honest broker. I also encourage forum TSD as other member has suggested to get this liar broker out of this forum.
