I host my own EAs in a remote server, and see the results using the investor account on my computer at home.
But today, I'm very surprised that many orders are not closed even passing through the exit points on the FxPro MT4...
Then I immediately VNC to the remote server, and as you're guessing, the charts are freezed...
BUT, I found the small icon of the connection status is still showing being connected to the trading server... The charts only returns to live after I clicked "rescan servers"...
I had no idea really, but I noticed that the total for all opened orders are still positive, so I quickly disabled the EAs and closed all orders...
Weired, really weired....
I don't have the same problem using other brokers...

Damn... Very serious connection problem right now... either from my home pc and the server...

Forgot to update the result. The connection finally became moderately stable quite shortly.

Yes, I also agree FxPro is a good broker in general... except their too high security in terms of client identity confirmation...
btw, except that short disconnection I mentioned in my last post, I've not experienced any yet.
To all FxPro users here:
I made an EA based on the tick tools by igorad to do scalping having quite good accuracy, you can try to make similar one to take advantage of FxPro's low spread. (EA checks spread, if the spread is low enough, turn on tick scalping mode.)
I try this broker with demo account, i use a manual scalping technic with simple script for send order, use SL and TP. do i risk any trouble with fxpro. on demo everythings seen normal...but....in real

my SL don't be apply or strong slippage on price. maybe only with EA?

There should be no trouble unless you are trading very big lots. They won't even notice smaller lots.

I use slippage of 20 (meaning 2 pips) on major pairs, and don't have any problem.
I almost wanna open a live account with FxPro but I always get connection problem here, either no connection or freeze, even in demo server. I'm from Malaysia, anyone else having this problem

No connection problem. Check with your internet service provider.
