In July on many forums there was the information about unconscientiousness of PoltekFX. Probably you received such information by email too. The administration of the company would like to clear this situation.
Amin Hakim and his group of traders used arbitrage methods of FOREX cheating on our broker. These methods enabled them to make the profit of around 100% during short period of time. Amin Hakim himself and his group of traders admitted their actions as cheating.
Such method is dangerous for traders as brokers can see cheating and most often they delete such orders. In this case majority of brokers return initial deposit, some delete only positive orders,thereby zeroizing an account, and deposit is not paid back.
We did not delete profits of the customer,all the orders were saved. We paid not only the deposit but a part of profit too.
At present we’ve got a question: how should we act in the same situations in the sequel?
The most effective way of struggle against cheaters is introducing various limitations on trading for ALL traders. For example:
- Spreads widening during news
- Mounting large slippage for all traders
- Enlargment of order execution time, right up to manual execution.
- Prohibition of orders modification on news and so on.

However, it is honest traders who suffer from introducing such limitations directed against cheating. We do not strive for taking excess pip from our customers,that’s why we decided to carry out the survey. Your opinion is important to us.We offer you to answer the following questions:

1. Should we deteriorate rules for all traders for cheating protection purposes?

2. Should we continue offering good trading conditions to customers and just return funds to cheaters?

Hello my name is Barnard, I'm from Indonesia... on january 30th 2008 i start trade with this broker. I'm very satisfied to this broker. The customer support is always welcome and help me if there is a problem.
I'm also tell my friends to make a trade on this broker. And they dont have a "big problems" make a trade with Poltekfx.
Poltekfx i think is one of the best broker, I know maybe someone is will be pesimistic with this broker, but i think how do you know if you not try is it good or bad

scam poltek to lessen my account balance then to tell us we can to do withdrawal by only E-gold!!!!!!(we deposit by WM) but scam poltek inactive my account!!!!!!!!! and do not withdrawal ofter 4-5 month and not reply to us!!!!!?????????(even not to give me my deposit)

If you deposited using WM, there could not be the answer that you could withdraw only by Egold.
Withdrawal using other E-currency is carried out only by mutual consent.

LOL. Are you trying to get my name and reputation dirty? I'm not a broker. You're the broker, and you're the one who's rated scam on FPA. Ok so you say I'm a cheater. Fine, show your proofs, because you made a mistake posting those last words, and you'll now pay the price because I'm posting my evidence.
For everyone, I'm posting an account statement because I'm not allowed to post my friends' statements.
OK. So an update. Once again, I say that PoltekFX did process many withdrawals for me and my friends before but their problem is that now, they do not wish to process our withdrawals specifically. Reason? Well I believe that the main reason as I can tell from the correspondance e-mails between PoltekFX and FPA investigation that we made TOO MUCH PROFIT. Once again, we straddled the news since February 2008, and PoltekFX did check each and every trade because they deleted daily the WINNING orders that lasted less than 2 minutes. and made more than 3 withdrawals each, during this period, we followed PoltekFX's rules by keeping the trades open more than 2 minutes, and of course, at that time, they had a no slippage guarantee and I have their e-mail saying that all orders levels will be guaranteed at all times. Now PoltekFX is trying to make us look as cheaters. WHY?? LOL because we traded the news and not by autoclick but simply by straddling and the funny thing is I still got the MT4 logs to prove it. OH YES, the FPA is investigating this manner but I'm not allowed to post any details untill PoltekFX gives their final answer that they do not wish to pay.
Attached is a statement of my account showing that my first news orders which lasted less than 2 minutes were called cheating and were deleted. Attached also is PoltekFX's agreement not saying that news shouldn't be traded and I'm now posting an e-mail from PoltekFX sent to one of my friends saying that orders that last less than 2 minutes will be considered cheating and will be deleted so apparently, scalping is forbidden while other orders will get their levels guaranted with no slippage:

N.B: Once again folks, this is not an old autoclick problem, and not even about a broker that closed and ran out, so please to guys who get withdrawals within their 1rst deposits and who get paid like 50 or 100$ please don't just come here and post that your withdrawals are being processed, we're not buying it. Post screenshots.

It is good that you have posted here as it is important that people could see the situation completely.
However we would like to know opinions of people:
- Should we pay residuary cheating profit, but at the same time impose limitations including trading on news?
- Should we pay initial deposit to him ( we already did it) and retain normal conditions for all traders?

p.s Concerning FPA, we posted same topic but it has not been appeared yet. On the basis of public opinion there will be decision about payment of cheatingly made profit.

You know that you received many e-mails from FPA regarding a poll where you can post as you posted here and get people opinions so that people would decide wether you pay me my profits and get the scam rating lifted or you keep the money and also get the rating lifted if people voted for you. Why didn't you agree, what do you have to lose, what are you afraid of? The way I see it, you're afraid of a regulated poll where you can't cheat the results.

Just to let you know, all this fxopen, polteck, fxiran,egypt,india, masterforex.org and broker stuff like this are unreliable, they arent regulated or really established,

Please remember all it takes is a website, a metatrader server to start a MT4 Brokerages.

I really wouldnt put my money into these sites like poltek, masterforex and similar sites like this.

If you would check masterforex.org and poltekfx.com and such sites, it looks like similar sites with different templates asking you your money so you could lose (Or these guys will make you lose and provide superior support to losers so they will invest more)

Please just go for the regulated and established MT4 brokers like, alpari, IBFX and such,

you can find a list of regulated and established brokers from Forex Forum, Forex Calendar, Forex News @ Forex Factory

These kind brokers operate like russian mafias and registed in cyprus and british virgin islands,

Theres really no security for you money or a way to track these guys, they have no real offices where international people could visit and thier office addresses are usually just post box .

Take care and my advice , avoid unregulated brokers, avoid the brokers who make things seem to good to be true , like extrememly low spreads and extremely high leverages, cuz these brokers are only interested in making u lose your money.

Overall i rate the poltek, masterforex, fxopen and then hunderds of domains these guys operate as simply "FOREX CASINOS" and thier best interest is that you lose your hard earned money so they can grow thier scammy coffers.

Please remember, e-currency based brokers are generally not real brokers, and you cant approach the police if you are doing transactions with e-currencies
