Jafar, big or small foreign company or his representative since they operate in France for a commercial activity NEED NECESSARILY A LEGAL STATUS. it's the law !

Financial activities are a special case : since you are a pro and a financial intermediary for a foreign company who operate in France and collect funds, YOU NEED AN APPROVAL FROM FRENCH FINANCIAL AUTHORITIES ( Bienvenue sur le site AMF ) it's the law !


So, i re-ask the question :

what is your legal status in regards to French Financial Authorities, French Commercial Registry and French Taxation Authorities ?

FxFrench is an IB of FxOpen. It's role is administrative only. No funds are collected locally by FxFrench and as such, local registration and regulation is not required.

All commissions and salaries received by FxFrench from FxOpen are of course declared in full via an accountant to the French Government to comply with taxation laws.

Now I would like to ask you a question.

Is there a point to these questions and your confrontational attitude? If there is, please by all means get to it.

I have the annoying tendency to drawing swords easily , netherless my interrogation is legitim, also i sent some questions to AMF , waiting their confirmation.


Jafar if i open an account with Fxfrench, you give me a 1/2 pip rebate for each trade , right ? i imagine FXopen give you also a 1/2 pip commission.

imagine i trade only EURUSD pair (2 pips spread)

1/2 pip for me
1/2 pip for you
1 pip for FXopen

How can a company survive with 1 pip spread (and no commission) without manipulation ?

i don't know what are you mean with how the company can survive with 1 pip, cause i think not all client trade with 2 pips spread of currencies pairs, and if that's is really the company can't survive with 1 pip as you said above, so many of forex online trading broker is SCAM, cause many broker offer 1 pip referral commission for affiliate program.

trader A refer trader B

trader B open trade at EU = 2 pips spreads

Trader A get 1 pip
broker get 1 pip

and that's happened on many forex online trading broker. So, how you explain about my opinion ?

fxopen give 1 pips to the IBs and IBs can rebate 0.5 to his customers.
And not all of the pairs are 2 pips.
and not all the clients trade EU pair.

eur/usd isn't the only currency pair available, and the company does quite well since the majority of clients end up with fxopen.com directly anyway(so no IB commission payable) with it being the main site. Not that the IBs are hurting because of it. On the contrary. We have our niche in the market.

Jafar you claim operate since France/Paris with a physical adress and on FPA site it seems you operate in Cairo/ Egypt, i am a little embarrassed , where is the truth ?
