I contacted my bank and them cannot trace this wire transfer and never received it.
I sent an e-mail talking about this to FXSCAM(FXOpen) and they told me this : Hello, you were provided by copy of the swift message. All others you must do with your bank.We will reopen an issue in case of returning of funds back to us.If the wire will not return back to us we consider the case closed. (Are they a serious Broker? hahaha they are joking telling these things for the customers) If i have 100k and they tell me this? LOL
Who have an account with FXSCAM is better you withdrawal your money and trade in a safe Broker.

This is FXOpen point of view, kindly check:
1. The Client requested a withdrawal by Wire Transfer, which was processed on the same day as the request.
2. The Client emailed FxOpen saying he did not receive the wire. He was then provided with the tracking number and SWIFT copy for the transaction.
3. The Client was then advised to ask his bank to investigate where the money is by the use of the SWIFT copy and tracking number.
4. A few days later, the Client complained that his bank cannot trace the wire. This is not possible as the SWIFT copy shows to exactly where the money was sent. Any bank may use this information to trace a wire. The Client then accused FxOpen of stealing his money.
FxOpen's reply to this was...
"Hello,
you were provided by copy of the swift message. All other things you
must do with your bank. We will reopen an issue in case of returning
of funds back to us. If the wire will not return back to us we
consider the case closed."
A bank may not hold missing wire funds for more than 30 days. After this time, a wire transfer that has not reached it's destination may be returned to the sender (FxOpen).
When (if) the money returns to FxOpen, it will be credited back onto the Client's trading account, and he may request withdrawal again.
All withdrawals from FxOpen are sent to the destination specified by the Client. If the Client made a mistake in the details used for withdrawal, FxOpen cannot be held liable for any delays in the delivery of the funds.
