The problem with OzFX is that he is a noob who doesn't know how to use the simple concept he pushes.

FXOpen is a BIG SCAM!!

They took my money!!THIEFS!!

I've requested a wire transfer 1 month ago and this wire not arrived in my Bank. Then i contacted them to trace my wire and they told me that cannot do nothing and told me to contact my Bank to trace this wire.

I contacted my bank and them cannot trace this wire transfer and never received it.

I sent an e-mail talking about this to FXSCAM(FXOpen) and they told me this : Hello, you were provided by copy of the swift message. All others you must do with your bank.We will reopen an issue in case of returning of funds back to us.If the wire will not return back to us we consider the case closed. (Are they a serious Broker? hahaha they are joking telling these things for the customers) If i have 100k and they tell me this? LOL

Who have an account with FXSCAM is better you withdrawal your money and trade in a safe Broker.

My wire was small money, but if you have an good money there get out!!

This is FXOpen point of view, kindly check:

1. The Client requested a withdrawal by Wire Transfer, which was processed on the same day as the request.

2. The Client emailed FxOpen saying he did not receive the wire. He was then provided with the tracking number and SWIFT copy for the transaction.

3. The Client was then advised to ask his bank to investigate where the money is by the use of the SWIFT copy and tracking number.

4. A few days later, the Client complained that his bank cannot trace the wire. This is not possible as the SWIFT copy shows to exactly where the money was sent. Any bank may use this information to trace a wire. The Client then accused FxOpen of stealing his money.

FxOpen's reply to this was...

"Hello,
you were provided by copy of the swift message. All other things you
must do with your bank. We will reopen an issue in case of returning
of funds back to us. If the wire will not return back to us we
consider the case closed."

A bank may not hold missing wire funds for more than 30 days. After this time, a wire transfer that has not reached it's destination may be returned to the sender (FxOpen).

When (if) the money returns to FxOpen, it will be credited back onto the Client's trading account, and he may request withdrawal again.

All withdrawals from FxOpen are sent to the destination specified by the Client. If the Client made a mistake in the details used for withdrawal, FxOpen cannot be held liable for any delays in the delivery of the funds.

Man, i'm not idiot!!

I sent many e-mails for FXOpen asking for the tracking number, after many e-mails you guys sent the tracking number where my Bank cannot trace it and you cannot do nothing.

If the wire is lost i think less than 30 days the money back to sender again, since the wire cannot be credited in another account under another name.

More one thing,I use the same Bank details for receive money and NEVER have this kind of issue.

You guys is a BIG SCAM.I know more people that have many issues with FXOpen !

You guys sent this to me in the first time : If you will not receive your wire transfer in 10 business days please inform us immediately. Now i ask why????why need i contact you if i not receive the wire transfer in 10 days??For you say : We cannot do nothing!!!???

For deposit you sent an e-mail to FXOpen and the person responsible to wire transfer is from FXEgypt.very funny.

FxOpen like telemarketing where they not help you in nothing, only stolen your money.

Take Care guys, open an account where you are safe.

FXOpen also not provide good execution on orders, poor support and you CAN'T TRUST THEM!!

MFX,

I am sorry - i do not know about this broker anything.
But did you ask your bank about the money?
Your bank may check and may say to you exactly like this:
"your money was sent to our bank ..."
or
"your money was not sent ..."
or
"we can not check anything according to the documents you provided"
and so on.

Which kind of reply did you receive from your bank?

Because as I know bank - receiver may check about the money was sent or not and give some official reply to you and it costs nothing to you: usually bank is doing it for free.

So, the client received the following information from his bank
"your money was not sent ..."
Yes?

Or he received the following information from his bank:
"we can not check anything according to the documents you provided"

Or you do not know?
Because you are not this client ...

I just made some suggestion to your client to make his post more understandable.
