i am a very satisfied customer of the Fxopen brokerage services....however in recent times something has been disturbing me...
it's this unusual account that keeps popping up in my mt4 window, i ofcaorse never opened it and it seems to be ina diff language i don't understand what this could possibly be, i had a talk with Jafar and he referred me to this forum so i can talk to you guys...so any ideas?

it looks like that you used FXOpen terminal for other company Demo account (changed IP for server).
Incase you didn't, just try to reinstall your MT4 FXOpen and everything should be fine.
I have contacted our IT department regarding this case so they will check for the possible reason of the glitch. Incase it is MetaQuotes glitch it will be reported to them.

Its an mt4 bug. Has been in the last probably 6 updates.. It happens when you alt tab alot etc..

personally i had the same thought, this could be some bug. Btw you sure it does actually happen if you use shortcuts a lot?? cuz yes i do tend to use my keyboard more then the mouse...could this be the bottomline cause of this mysterious account?
thats what i found the fault to be when I was trading with fxlq... I havent had it since... So maybe you need to update your build? i dont know But I know its from shortcutting alot.
