i don't know it and i wasn't said about it. Simply my ea was disabled. And when i asked "why?", there was an answer:

по вашему счету в исключительном порядке поставлен запрет на использование эксперта.
Мы работаем над решением этой проблемы, и скоро она будет решена."
in english:
"Due to impossibility of maintenance of current trading conditions under your account in the exclusive order the interdiction on use of the expert is put. We work above the decision of this problem, and it will be solved."
What should i think about it?
I think it doesn't matter, cause nobody knows this ea. But one thing is - this ea doesn't use any bug of MT or smth else. it's simply profitable
What's the name of the EA? Is it a scalper or spiker?

I withdrawaled monday and until don't recived any mail from broker it is on the pending status now
