You are right, there was a spike with Eur/Jpy on FXOpen MarketMaker platform but it is fixed already. If your chart still shows that spike please refresh it by clicking right button of the mouse on the chart and choosing "Refresh" option. If you faced any financial lose due to that spike and it wasn't fixed untill now please write to chiefdealer@fxopen.com and we will fix it. My appologies for any troubles caused by this technical problem.
P.S. I advise to use FXOpen ECN accounts to avoid such kind of technical problems.

The Sterling was also benefit from Dollar bearish after FOMC yesterday, topped at 1.6596 and closed at 1.6555. Technically on h4 chart below we can see that my triangle has been violated to the upside indicating potential further bullish scenario at least towards 1.6700 area before re-testing 1.7042. Immediate support at 1.6520/00 area. Break below that area should lead us into no trading zone but I prefer bullish scenario at this phase.
On fundamental side, investors focus is now on whether the BoE is going to expand the quantitative easing program. If that happen, Sterling should be under heavy pressure and technical bullishness might fail.[actionforex]

nice to hear its going to be fixed. i were told the victim need to send e-mail first before they get refund. im feel sorry for those who doesn't check out with other broker price and losing money because of the false spike like this. i heard a lot of bad story about fxopen before. please improve your services if you don't want to lose your clients anymore.
You will find that anyone who made loss or profit were automatically adjusted as soon as it was noticed. And anyone who finds they didn't get adjustment, they should email the chiefdealer.

Actually there is no need to send e-mail normally becuase all wrong orders (lose or profitable) are fixed by the company without any request. In case by any reason your order wasn't fixed because of our technical mistake you are free to contact us and of course we will fix it.
