Dear Godaddy,

fxopen.com is an unreal fraud, professional scam domain name. Including my friend, a lot of people made investments to this imaginary company and they could not drawback their money. They have also

There will be a court in Switzerland in the next days after collecting all the evidence about them and their supporter web sites and forums. Would you please kindly inform me about what papers you need from authorities to disable their web sites.

Removal of Fxopen.com domain

Today: 19.09.2009. And he could not withdraw his money (2576,43USD) from fxopen. He has no open position since 1.09.2009 and waiting for withdraw.

This is what my friend said his lawyer is going to apply after monday evening. In case a court decision (i or some people will inform you about the details), I 'm asking what Godaddy domain name provider may want from the court, to show them to be able disable and remove fxopen.com domain.

No real person can accept this.

I wanted you to ask technical persons to check your outgoing mails. You said ok then you didnt reply.

The reasonable and solution is that (Since you will never send verification e-mail):

My friend faxs you the name of his bank with all his passport ID documents and since the bank account is on his name, and obviously he also owns the e-mail, you can be sure that he is the real owner. You send the money and then delete his account and we forget eachother.

Remember and admit that it is, in best honest possibility, a server mistake.

And after monday evening, since my friend says he will follow his lawyer,

I won't be after my friends money or my friend! And no this is not a threat.

Hello thankme

It was my personal suggestion and with respect, you did not give the full details on this forum with regards to that suggestion. Remember, I also mentioned that the account would be permanently closed afterwards so the password was not the issue.

No real person can accept this.
No, I am not the owner but I am an official IB and company representative. That's why I also said in the email that the solution I suggested would be subject to both yours and upper management approval. I don't see why it's such a big deal. I want to solve the problem and since your friend seems to be unable to receive an email and I am able to receive all of them that the solution I offered would fix the problem quickly and quietly.

With respect, it is the weekend. Tech support has to have time with their families too. However I have been in contact with them and server logs showing all verification emails were sent from our server to the email address(es) on your friend's account will be given to you and since you have put it out in public, they will also be posted in public.

Not true. To be fair, I did spend a fair amount of time offering every possible solution to the problem. This is the first client in the company's history, out of several hundred thousand clients that has utterly failed to receive a confirmation email despite going through a process of elimination to solve the problem.

Please bear with me. I am still here to try and help. You can chat to me or email me and we will eventually solve this problem in any reasonable way possible. Below is the stable history screen-shot so that people will know that if the current balance or password changes 'before' you close the account, or incase you close the account before you help him to drawback his money, you (fxopen) will be the only responsible side since you said it publicly that you want to receive his password to solve his problem. And note that, i didnt still talk to him since he is a busy familiy man and you have to write him and convince him individually to request his password. I will not give him a second advice about you. Yes you spend too much time. If you had paid my friend's money from your pocket , you could win lots of customers including me. And since you are a manager of hundred thousand clients, your wasted time could make 10 times 2500usd.

I would like to say that this kind of situation is very unusual and I believe that there is some terrible misunderstanding happened. As I know, your friend changed e-mail several times and still didn't receive withdrawal confirmation link...which is very strange because other people do receive it...Anyway, this situation will be solved ASAP, sorry for the delay.
