It seems very clear to me that one should stay away from FXOPEN. I am pretty sure that if your trade had been a loss then it would have remained on your account.
Remember that most MT4 brokers want all of your money that is why they advertise such things as rebates etc, or like FXDD give you a "bonus" to your deposit but put a restriction in place that you must make 100 trades etc....They know that probabilty is on their side and that you will likely lose all of your money and make them (the MT4 brokers) richer.
With all the arsenal that Metaquotes has supplied its "brokers" to cheat customers it appears that FXOPEN just want to put the house edge more in their favour, just like a casino. They are not happy with making money simply from the spread as there is far more to be gained by just taking your money! FXOPEN are simply using all the tools that Metaquotes has provided them with to take your hard earned money.
People should start to realise that Metaquotes is also a scamming company for selling such software that allows blatant fraud. The truth has to be told. If you are a victim of such blatant Metaquotes assisted fraud then you should first try to take screensot in order to pursue lawful redress in the courts etc.
If you have read all the horror stories about FXOPEN from peope consistently reporting fake spikes etc and still continue to have your money with this company or you are still insistent on depositing funds with them, then remember that many people have tried to warn you!!
Really MaXey, the trader here accepted the explanation, why can't you?
I also had a cad/jpy trade annulled because the entry fell within a market gap. Gaps do happen from time to time but thankfully their effect on my trades is minimal as it doesn't happen to me very often. I'm happy to stick by fxopen as my overall trading experience with them is a good one.

Hello domi,
Look to your post. You know about all the "tricks" which can be done on MT4, know the "way it works" , good, but what we know about softwares created by the companies themselves? Nothing! And no one (just brokers IT can check and do what they want) knows. Who can give guarantee?
I have wrote many times that FXOpen gain money from the spread.
About Maxey, I am wrote already that he is just a resseler of EA forexmuse working on delays, thats all.
The last thing, no need to take screenshot of the spike. Incase it happened it would be fixed and all the orders fixed (lose and prfitable).

What are you talking about? ForexMuse doesn't make money through delays. It simply gets you into the trade AT THE SAME TIME as the banks. Why? because the banks get the news report figures from Bloomberg or Reuters, and so does ForexMuse. And yes, sometimes ForexMuse is QUICKER than Reuters or Bloomberg, and THIS IS WHY it is possible to enter before the spike.
That is the whole essence of news spike trading. It has nothing to do with trading the lag.

FXOpen gets data from the major banks at the same time as news realised. Forexmuse EA do not open any trade until transfering delay (lag) happen, then (wow!) trader using forexmuse enter a trade with 200%-300%-400% volume and make "profit" (and it is doesn't matter which side price moved, expected or not expected )
Forex trading is not a computer game where you can use cheat codes, it is business. Follow the rules, do not cheat, study and you will have a chance to be a good trader.

Never heard so much nonsense in my life.
Many people trade the news spike on many different brokers, using an Autoclicker such as Forex Muse or Secret News Weapon, BUT NONE OF THE BROKERS DELETE THE CLIENTS' PROFITS.
You are the only broker that has done this.
As Merlin from Forex Factory has said, this is illegal.
MaXey my friend, I feel sorry for you for having been scammed.
i have an account with fxopen but seems i will close it due to alot of strange things happens there
Hi jamesfx, feel free to pick or change a broker. It is, and always will be, your right. Just don't get confused too much if you find exactly the same strange things going on everywhere. Im not here to lob for fxOpen. All I want to tell you is that there are traders and "traders". The first group invested time to education and long-term training. The second group just want to take advatage of unfair techniques to literally steal money from other traders.
In my humble opinion it is always better to fight the second group by closing or blocking their trading accounts without ANY compensation.
