I didn't close your account. I don't have that kind of access. I'm just a lowly IB who tried his best to help you if you remember.
I had similar spike outs on North Finance and another with FXLQ over the years and neither broker fixed it in my favour as they were adamant the price was real. The difference there is that I didn't go off over half the known internet screaming scam over it. I just accepted it and moved on to another broker. That's what you should do too.

FxOpen, you are speaking about security, but please, tell us who could feel any security in a company which keeps the right to close an account "without explanation of the reasons" ?

FXOpen is a resoanable company with reasonable people working and no one's account will be closed without serious reason. We will not post a reason of our decission on a public forums or boards.
I propose you to check your broker's terms of business and customer's agreement and you will see that there is no serious diffrence between our and your broker's agreements.

And one more thing - some like to talk, some like to scream , some like non-stop discussing. FXOpen like to work and improve services.

Answer for your question is YES, it is safe to trade with FXOpen.

I can see that most traders here that post are not professional traders , check other Brokers' terms and condition, they have the right to close or block your account once they suspect anything illegal or anything wrong. Now you come here to scream SCAM cos you read the condition that they can close your account without any explanations.

Man you really have my support but let's be reasonable. If you're going to make it your mission to tell your story, you're just wasting your time, coz no one will listen. Neither Bruce almighty is coming to close this broker, nor they will feel sorry for you and pay you your money back just so be silent. Point is you're just making a big deal of it. Maxey turned 2K into 33K in 2 weeks and they voided his profits, for their own reasons and rules, so he just told his story and searched for another broker and he's happily trading now. I left FXOPEN because of slippage. Ok guys with big brains, slippage is normal thing, price will gap, bla vla bla. No problem. I still can find brokers with no slippage. So I closed my account and moved on. Come on man. You're searching for forex forums to write about the problem while you should be searching for forex brokers. Just Google for Fxopen scam and you'll get thousands of results. You should focus on a new mission. Your trading life didn't stop with FXOPEN.

Open FX is a den of thieves. A money manager who is going to start working for me had $21,000 taken out of his accounts there recently. It was after the UK retails sales release where the Pound cratered that they took away all his profits on the trade and didn't even give him a reason for doing it. If that is not a scam I don't know what is. If your going to screw somebody like that at least kiss them first! The least they could do is explain why they stuck it in with no lube like that.

My guess would be because they are market makers with a dealing desk and they trade against the clients. This is something one of their IBs admitted to me earlier. Otherwise they would not be able to offer micro accounts, no bank in the world would touch a trade that small. So when the clients win FX Open loses, especially when news comes out like that and everyone is on the same side of the market. At that point there is no way to match up orders in house and eliminate their exposure to risk from trading against the clients. Unless of course they steal your profits from you. Man I need to open a FX Open type dealer of my own, when you lose I win, when you win I still win, what a racket!

I work with another broker. And my problems solve. But Fxopen taked my money and i must will return it. Fxopen will return my money and be happy!
