Left to me, I have been with fxopen since June Last year, and I dont see anything wrong with them, I have made several withdrawals and nothing wrong with them. The only thing I need they have to improve on is the customer service relationship, there are times a client will have issues and there will be no one to attend to the client, even when it seems like the Admin is online.
Admin, this one goes to you, I think there are some things you have to be profeesional about. when posting in forums like this you have to be professional about what you post. Even when people talk rubbish at you, you dont have to reply back the same way. There are thousands of prospect out there who are willing to open an account with you, but when they see you talk like this in forums. believe it its enough to think and believe you are scam.

FXOpen is aware of the shortcomings in it's customer support system and is taking steps to improve that aspect of the business by employing more support staff and they are also flying the support manager to different locations around to the world to ensure each IB office and support staff is up to standard with one on one training.
You are right. Improvements need to be made and steps are being taken to do just that.

im sure its will not happen to me. coz stick to the rule u will be fined. i have 2-3 account with fxopen. n last year i get 1 spike (not remember when) ..but fxopen already fixed my account without delay, just make sure u refer at right place
i also had test with live account at many brokers like avafx, liteforex, fxsol, marketiva, interbank n a few brokers, they also have problem
like avafx when their system down more than 3 hours ..i cant closed my trade ...but the simple way its to contact at right place then be patient.
