Your account at fxopen.com forum was banned (temporally) due to forum rules.
From the 24th January 2008, Futures trading will be unavailable for several days due to a change in quote provider.
If you have an open futures position, please ensure that it is closed by 23:59 (servertime GMT +2) on the 23rd of January 2008. Any positions that remain open at that time will be closed at the last market price automatically.
This upgrade of quotes provider is intended to give you a much better futures service that we have had in the past and we apologise for any inconvenience caused during the changeover.

This was done just to increase our services. For example a lot of cases happened during last few months because of Futures quots. We do follow our agreement and have to execute order, because such a quots we have received. Also, we have informed our Clients before and this was done according to the customer's agreement (absolutelly the same as any NFA broker have). So, to avoid this kind of situations we have to change quots provider which is a slow process.
Regarding your post...I think NFA can "kick heads off" for this kind of things which do not cost anything for the clients but where was NFA when problem with FXLQ happened (for example)? lol
