Anyway, please read again FXOpen public letter , "erlan" opened account in another company (not FXOPEN) and destiny of his possible or impossible deposit is unknown for FXOpen. You better ask "erlan" if you can find him/her/them offcourse, about screenshots or documents. FXOpen has no any money of "erlan" . All the deal by "erlan" was only to indexate 1 simple thing : FXOPEN;bad company, thats all. As I see, he/she/they spammed all the internet with this message, create some websites even. We proposed "erlan" to send an official request to any organization (Interpol, FBI or any he like) but till now there are no any official complains or anything from him/her/them. People working under "erlan" name were doing fraudulent activity which is a crime.

I read the letter, it makes no sense.How Poltek have access to your e-gold account?You say you was partner of Poltek? Then you change company name when you owe debts? Who is Poltek? Explain who is Poltek?

Poltek is a separate company, FXOpen was working with Poltek before as Clients attracting company and Polek proposing MT4 platform. Now it is 2 different companies and 1 of main reason of separation was this fraudulent atempt of Poltek managers to make some money from air. So, once again, all the questions to Poltek owners about "erlan" money, trades and so on please.
FXOpen do not take any money from "erlan", do not use it and have no idea where those money are if they exist at all. I think our official letter showing:
1) Impossible to open a trade which "erlan" said that opened
2) Fraudulent activity of "erlan"and Co
3) We were open for any court or anything incase of official investigation...since now nothing happen.

Everything is explained in our official letter, if it makes no sense for you then I have nothing more to say.

I repeat - there is no any official requests or cases happen about this case, which means - FXOpen didn't do anything wrong.

Why would you give your client access to your e-gold account and/or your MT4 server to change leverage?

FXOpen is willing and able to resolve disputes in favour of the client. If you would be a little more patient amp, you will see results.

As for "Erlan", it is a dead issue. Once Poltek was exposed as a bunch of liars, they stopped the Erlan campaign and went on to other things.
