i have a question? why dosent the us phone number work. every time i call it it rings 2-3 times than goes dead.
as far as the exact time of the live support im not exactly sure. i would like to know who you hire and what type of experience the live support people have,
why should i have to e-mail someone than wait 2-4 hours for a response. i dont mean to sound harsh but it seems to me that a little more planning should go into your brokerage site, if your "THE MANAGER" shouldn't you make changes if you know the client is not satisfied,after reading this thread there seems to be alot of dissatisfied clients.

their phone is in Gainsville Forida, for a FX broker using Forida as their home in the US is saying a lot. If you check with the NFA web site you will see that there are 100 times more phone scams and investment scams located in the state of FL, then all the rest of the states put together!!!! WHY? Because Florida has no laws on tella marketing and the phone in FL is used for investment scams. The state turns a blind eye to phone boiler rooms, it only when the Feds find out is when the opperation gets closed down.
Now the contact number is in Florida but there fax and money transfer number is located 1200 miles away in the state of New Hamsphire in the little country town of West Chester, NH. Why? The state goes by the saying of ' Live Free or Die ' The tax situation is the lowest in all of the states. Besides the little country town cops are not trained to detect low life operations as this. If you want the adderess to there phone numbers is on the web just look. I would almost bet that the little farm house is their home base and the little island country off shore company is just the cover.
As I stated before FxOpen is a scam just wating to happen. Try to find out any thing about there operation ask them any question you want, that is questions that any legal brokerage would answer with out any problems. Like who is the owner, where is there office like I want to knok on your door type address. Ask what there financial statics is, ask anything and you will not get any direct answers. When the time is right they will disapear with everones money.
If anyone has lost money with these people I would say call the Feds as their have a US base of operations here in the US that is all that is needed for the Feds to close them down at least in the US.
O, NO, I donot and never had an account with these people, I didnot have to loss money with them to know they are a scam wating to happen. Just do a little research before giving your money to people,

Your words are true regarding US based company, and in this context of discussion I would agree with you but...
We do not operate as US based company and US phone line is used just for US based clients to make calls much cheaper then to use international phone numbers we provide.
Also, we never say that FXOpen is better then US based company (or any other company), we do propose our services as we can do it. We have advantages and disadvantages and You as a potential Client can measure and decide to use FXOpen or not. If you believe that US regulation is the most important criteria to choose company for trading then just do not use FXOpen, someone can accept what we propose and become our Client...
Anyway, it is nice to have argumented discussion where oponents can use facts and do not allow emotions to take control over the mind.
As a conclusion I would like to say, that FXOpen is not trying to be a " copy" of famous broker, we have own way of development and own ideas of the way of making business based on experience and hard work and entusiams for a long period of the time...will it be "great" company? well, we have (as I believe) great results for the first 3 years, so lets return to this question in 10 years
im just glad i dont have much money in my account, i belive i'll stick with ibfx. it seems your right this is a scam happening or going to happen.

your post here tells me that you missed your calling, your in the wrong business. You should run for public office, you have the habit of always say a lot and never say nothing.
Your hiding yourself and your brokerage behine a bunch of mirrors and clouds not to be better then others but to disapear with the time is right or should I say when the heat or regulators starts coming down. I been arround for a long time and have seen your type of operation come and go, go with the traders money.
I never said that brokerages in regulated areas were better, only that investment scams and boiler rooms have a habit of starting in the US out of the state of Florida and that is were your located. Because Florida is the only state in the US that doesnot have any laws on phone marketing. And until the Feds act the scamers have enough time to steal.
Now if your locate one phone in Florida for contact and another one 1200 miles away for getting money, theres a reason, why not have both in the same local. I still think your located in a regulated area, and that is in the state of New Hamsphire, West Chester is truly a small town and if that is were the money is going that is most likely your home base and your most likly owned and run out of the US using the Off Shore as a cover. New Hamshire is by the way my home state, it would not take much for me to drive from Wolfeboro Falls to West Chester in the summer. I by the way, winter in Florida on Amelia Island, not to much for me to drive to Ganisville either.
Will be back, and I do believe it will be a lot sooner then 10 years a lot sooner. No I am not the one that will report you, I think if people are fool enough to give you or any shakey outfit like your money, then that will be their cost of learning. O, by the way I like the way you make it easy real easy to fund an account, real conventant ways for YOU to get at the newbie money.
