Your profit can only go away in case the market will be against you.
There is no fixed number of the lots after which you will be moved to manual execution. All depends from the style of trading.
50-60 lots should be not a problem to continue with instant execution.

You are using Micro account which require to make following operations to enable chart windows:
1) Open Market Watch window
2) Make a right click of the mouse on the currency pair you need to open charts
3) Choose Chart Window option
i have a question? why dosent the us phone number work. every time i call it it rings 2-3 times than goes dead.
as far as the exact time of the live support im not exactly sure. i would like to know who you hire and what type of experience the live support people have,
why should i have to e-mail someone than wait 2-4 hours for a response. i dont mean to sound harsh but it seems to me that a little more planning should go into your brokerage site, if your "THE MANAGER" shouldn't you make changes if you know the client is not satisfied,after reading this thread there seems to be alot of dissatisfied clients.

I lived in Asia. I think If you log to the LIVE SUPPORT at GMT 12 times zone, from 8am--17pm, you can get well served.

Apologies for this problem. I asked technical support about the US line and there is a problem with the call forwarding. As you know, the US number is provided as a courtesy as we don't actually have an office in the US. If you would like English telephone help you can try the Egypt or France numbers between 8am till 4pm gmt or try skype for free voice calls. how long does it take to do 100 lots? i have fxcm account but their max is 50 lots. so i was wondering what is your? i am looking for broker i can do more lots.
