There is no way to auto hedge your account due to the way you are trading (during the news) so your account should be hedged manually by operating dealer thats why delay might happen. Try to understand our position as well, we need to have financial protection.

then if that's the case so that mean i cant ever trade on fxopen anymore, your words sounds like that. while i take trade it wont open on time and i cant make money at all, well i can accept auto hedge with at least 2 sec execution but not like this.
i am news trader, but good news trader, i am not trying to hurt any broker, i am trading and open my trade for long time to avoid any problems...

Think from other side. As long as we can hedge your position you can trade as long as you like by using any method. It is impossible to hedge your trades automatically then your account was transfered to manual exeqution group. If there will be a way to hedge your news trades automatically then you will have normall auto exeqution back again. At the moment I know one way how brokers solve this problem - widing the spread for 20-30 pips during the news. I think you will never accept this.
