Is your LIVE account better than your DEMO? another positive trade in my DEMO can't be seen in my account.. and it was open for days and i some of my expired pending orders are not seen in my DEMO account..

i am still waiting for answers.. Is it because i am using an EA? have i broken some rules?

If the price hits S/L or T/P, the position will be closed, also order will closed when available equilty less than 10% from required margin.
For pending order, if time expiration or you have no enough money when price reach your pending price, the order will be canceled.

you can check all trades in "Account History", just right click in "Account History" windows and choose "All history". And you can open comment to check details.

We have checked some Demo settings and seems that everything is fine...
Still searching for any possible reason of your problem.

i know those stuff already.. but the problem is it is not showing in my history.. that is what i am asking, it does not show in my History, and yes i set it to show all history.. my chart shows the arrow that i traded it and i also saw it open and with a profit.. but my balance does not show that i earn in those 2 trades that is now missing and another thing, some of my expired pending orders doesn't even show in my history.. i have tested it and open a pending order and close it, it shows but those that my EA open are missing..


DOes this happen also in LIVE? i know for one that i have not broken any rules as my EA open pending orders and all my trades that are missing has been open for days, one was still even open after the weekend..

I know some of you would say that this is a waste of time cause it is DEMO.. but i use those history to better my EA.. this way i can review each trades both profitable and not..

i also notice that that the trade was closed because it hits SL which was move to profit.. maybe the error of DEMO lies here..

I wouldn't say it's a waste of time. Demo is very important for trying out new trading ideas. I always have a demo running myself.

Tech support is looking into your problem. I don't have it myself, but it doesn't hurt to make sure the demo server is in top working order.
