Do these brokers have their own copy of the MT4-Software? Or can I use any (f.e.) the one from Metaquotes.
In detail: I am new to MT4 and use the software downloaded from Metaquotes. Can I use this f.e. for interbankfx or must I install another one of interbankfx?

I believe there is a way to do this but I don't know how. It may just be easier to install interbankfx's platform. Is there any specific reason you want to do it this way? Just curious.

I believe there is a way to to do this. Here is how I did it with my live account with North Finance.

1. Download Metatrader 4 at metaquotes.com
2. Install the program.
3. Open the program.
4. Click on Tools at the top
5. Choose Options
6. Choose the Server Tab
7. Type in the Server box: 83.220.163.100:443 (or whatever your server is for your broker account)
8. Enter your Login and a Password for your live account
9. Click OK

That should allow it to work. I like that a lot better because you don't get all the crappy customized company logos and junk. I prefer the look of the simple metatrader 4.

You can use the MT4 from metaquotes to login to NorthFinance’s server – you just need your login details and IP address from NorthFinance.

Where is NF located? It is an offshore company located in Belize with a call centre in Cyprus. The bank it deals with is FBME.

To deposit money with NF you can use a bank transfer. If you email your request to support@northfinance.com they will give you the bank details.

Alternatively, see their website for their account details http://www.northfinance.com/e-payment.htm.

To withdraw the money there is a withdrawal form, which needs to be completed and sent back to support@northfinance.com. This can also be found on their website http://fxpanel.northfinance.com/with.php.

NorthFinance do not accept Visa for deposits. However, they issue FREE Visa cards to clients with funds amounting to 3000USD. This allows clients to withdraw money to their visa cards.

Also, their spreads are very low.
