Anybody hear or have experience with this broker? Any comment appreciated.
According to www.zefix.ch, the official register of all swiss companies, the company was founded in 2005/06/06, and currently probably belongs to an arab person. The company is young, so it is no bad sign you found nothing in forums.

Maybe "a common practice" its good for you but not for me. I like some more reliable.

I lost 60k in the hands of a broker. I know what is feel when you cant do anything. When your lawyear moves the head an said NO, sorry.

Heres a nice CTFC link

Hi,
I think u r taking it on ur nerves. You said FXCM, FXSol and IBFX are not registered with CFTC. I inquired about them and wrote that FXSol and IBFX actually are registered. This is just to help the members. I NEVER SAID THAT A COMMON PRACTICE IS ENOUGH FOR ME. I only told the members what I knew that IBFX holds its client funds in separate account. I am in no way related with any of these brokers and wat I wrote was only to share my knowledge, NOT MY VIEWS about these brokers.

I know it feels really bad to lose ur hard earned money and that too because of a broker shit but that doesn't give u the right to stop other people from sharing their knowledge about certain brokers.

So, relax...

Don't forget Canadian brokers..

when Refco went bankrupt, the Refco Canada division did not. I know because I was with Refco when it wentbankrupt, yet I still recieved all my deposited funds back. This is because of Canadian regulatory laws. More importantly becuase of the Canadian Investors Protection Fund http://www.cipf.ca/ .

"What protects you if your investment dealer becomes bankrupt? Thats why the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF) exists. CIPF ensures, within defined limits, that your cash and securities are protected if you are an eligible customer of an investment dealer that is a Member of one of our sponsoring organizations."

From the CIPF website.

So if you see that that a broker within Canada is a member of the CIPF then there is 100% chance that you will get your funds back if the company goes bankrupt.

I have already experienced this with Refco. However Man Financial owns Refco Canada now as well. Man Financial is one of the largest futures traders in the world, so doubtful that it would go bankrupt either.

--Just things to consider!
Cheers.

Hi.

Youre right. I just try to help another to not suffer the same like me.

My apologies to not full understand you answer.

But I think we have a little misunderstood. I never said FXSOL or FXCM or IBFX or another are not registered.
I just said NFA registration its a Joke.

Personally I think is like the begginig of the simpsons when bart is writing the blackboard: I promise to be a good boy

But, at least, all this exchange in opinions have a really good part.

I wish to thank to drgoodvive for his post. I talked with 3 Canadian Brokers and YES, if the company goes to bankrupt the CIPF can cover you capital until 1 million canadian dollars.

Thats a real investor protection. Three hurras for Canada and double for drgoodvive.

Cheers.

Glad I can be helpful -- Canadian financial regulatory laws are very strict, I have studied them a little bit.

I actually don't know of any Canadian MT4 Brokers yet. They seem to be all regular online brokers like OANDA, or Forex.com etc.. let me know if you know of any.
