H ey Guys,i would like to inform you people to beware of FXDD,they crooks,heavy thiefs.
no matter were you put your stop loose they will hit it.in the case that you dont use stop loose,they will use their server on you.they can manupulate your trade
at will,when you call them first question they will ask you,is which country do u come from,if they know you are not from usa........that is your end.
so be adviced.they are no good

Hi. I have found out that scalping the news is the most profitable type of trading (at least for me). I have been either setting two orders (below and above) or trading the lag between FXCM and FXDD.

This was quite profitable for me, until today. What happened? Well, FXCM didn't allow to set orders before NFP. This is the second or third time in a row now that they stop orders from being set before big news. The second thing they did was to prevent people from entering manually. Even though they didn't freeze (which was a problem they had before that always worked out ok in the end for me) when you try to execute a fast order it says "Waiting for dealer's answer" or something like that, which basically means they enter you only if the price hasn't moved. But as you know during NFP it is exactly the big wave that you try to ride so it is essential that you get executed when you click buy or sell, whether the price has moved or not.

What else happened today? Well, FXDD went offline. From what I understand they use to be very decent brokers... never increasing the spread during big announcements, not freezing etc. But since today, they seem to have joined the group of brokers that do these things.

Does anyone know of ANY fixed spread brokers that are still good? Good meaning that they WILL let you set entry orders and use EAs before big news such as US interest rates and NFP; that will execute your manual order and not make you wait until the price you clicked is available again?; and finally ones that have a FIXED spread all the time?

Is MB an IB to any major broker?

FXDD is not registered with NFA or FCM . how do i know my money is secure?

FXDD is a part of Tradition Group Swiss, one of the largest financial broker (not just forex but stock, bond, etc) in Europe http://www.traditiongroup.com/ or http://www.tradition.co.uk/associatedCompanies/ . So FXDD registered with NFA under Tradition name http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/...tityid=0271289 . Not many MT4 based broker had a back up such as big as Tradition Group. Hope this help
