Is there anything else you can say about this company? I was talking to them last week end at a forex trade show in Florida, and they seam like a very good company. Was just about to open an account with them. May be I was overcome by the salesLady's fabulous red hair and sweet accent. While it woundn't be the first.
Pretty Ladies usually get the best of me also.
I also have ,at times of having problems, become quite frustraded dealing with the online live help. The more I use IBFX the more I think they may be part of xpresstrade, whome I delt with for 5 years and was burned more than once.
Over all I do not recommend anyone opening an account with them.

I use metatrader 4.
My demo account expired (connecting with InterbankFX-Demo Server).
I'm trying to register a new account, but it wont issue me with a username and password. Everytime i try to register - i get an empty field for username and pass.
How can i register a demo account?
And is there another demo server i can use?
You have to enter the IP address of the demo server they setup and it will give you an account. Sorry but I dont have the server IP or anything, I just remember reading one of their messages in MT4 that gave instructions.
All demo accounts will be removed from the current server.

This is the message I've got from them:

If you do not have a live MT4 account with Interbankfx please delete your existing demo account and create a new one on our demo server.
To do this:
1. Go to the Navigator Box in the trading software. By defualt the Navigator Box appears below the Market Watch. If you don't see the Navigator Box, click View, Navigator.
2. Click the + in front of Accounts and then right click your DEMO account number and click "delete" from the drop down box.
3. Repeat step 2 until there are no demo accounts left.
4. Now close the trading platform and use the following link to reinstall the platform.
5. Click "run" or "install" from the box that pops up.
6. Choose Next or Continue until the installation is complete.
When you launch the Interbank FX Trader 4 it should prompt you to open an account. Fill out the form and click "Next" twice. You sbould get a new demo account above the number 1000000.

I was looking at fibogroup.ca website and OMG it looks so unprofessional.. and also for CFD they have a heading as CDF.. anyways it looks like they have an office in Ottawa will give them a call t'mmrow and will post my opinion
I called the fibogroup.ca and it looks like the guy is just an IB for fibogroup.com, UK and he has no idea what so ever about how the parent company is working.. all he could say is "I AM NOT TOO SURE" on what ever i asked him... so its a big dissapointment..
thanks for the info. I guess the quality of a web site really does say everything. Although FXDD (in US) is has a terrible web site but apparently is decent.
