ODL Securities offers us fixed spread and no slippage during news.
But,unfortunately,ODL Securities doesn't allow scalping...

Brokers who put Rules on trading this not a real broker, they relay in traders losses.

- Nikkei (Japan)
- Kospi (Korea)
- HangSeng (Hong Kong)
- Strait Times (Singapore)

Anyone know of a broker that uses british summer time. I have GMT time broker, but not find a GMT +1 which is what I am looking for.

Alpari is a good broker that might fit what you're looking for. But I think they stay locked in at CET, which is GMT+1 in winter, GMT+2 in summer due to daylight savings.

If you want GMT+1 all the time, just look around.. you should find that fairly easily.

Correction:
ODL Securities doesn't allow MAKING PROFITS AT ALL

They are just (a big and registrated) bucketshop that fish after traders who most probably will blow their account.

That's about right. A friend of mine was a little too profitable for his liking and his account was closed and they asked him to trade somewhere else.
