Hallo, thanks for interest. From the begining of june is great opportunity to trade with Mt4 platform in ECN environment! Mt4 is provided by ATC Brokers, but feed is provided by HotspotFX. Nice narrow spreads, low commisions and great execution. It is just for peoples who loves to tradi with mt4, i am one of that and i am satisfied with this new opportunity. broker prices and ECN prices invariably differ by a small amount, so while looking for a free feed for charting an ECN, you MUST analyze the differences (usually only a pip or three (and also differs if youre long or short) ) and then always remember the difference when you trade so as to have the profit points correct !

other than that a really good way to get free charts for the various ECN's

didnt quite understood what was your point!

i trade ecn for 3 years allready, i know these differencies, but it is not hat i am talking about here. i just said that it is now possible to get mt4 with ecn feed!

point is that while what you can provide is very good for traders who wish to have free charting for ECN work, one must understand that the charts MAY NOT ALWAYS AGREE WITH THE ECN PRICES by a few pips in either direction or both.

I was only stating that anyone who uses what you provide, test and analyze what the difference is between prices on the MT4 charts and the ECN prices.

once you establish the difference with each broker, the differences always remain the same !

once again apologies, but while you know the differences others dont -- i was only raising THAT point with no other intentions !

BUT, if you have a way of getting MT4 WITH a true ECN feed, would you please explain how it is done ?

since i use both a MT4 broker and have a few accounts with an ECN (mb to be exact) I would be VERY interested in hearing what you have !

We can say big thanks for that opportunity to use MT4 with true ECN feed to ATC Brokers and HotspotFx. To make this all happen was used Hotspotfx API for Metatrader. The link to Hotspot FX gives Metatrader a more robust and reliable price feed and Straight Through Processing (STP) execution, where trades requested by customers on a Metatrader platform would be executed directly against bank feeds connected to the Hotspot FX platform, thus eliminating a need for a dealing desk and any stale price issue. In addition to shifting trade validation and execution to the Hotspot FX platform would greatly reduce the manual work load required to manage the Metatrader platform, increasing productivity, reducing human errors and making the running of the Metatrader platform more economical.
From the technical stand point connecting Hotspot FX and Metatrader platform would create one system.
• Hotspot FX platform connects to its ECN that is supported by multiple bank and customer feeds. Metatrader customers and brokers would receive all of the benefits of the Hotspot FX ECN such as fast execution, unbiased prices and the ability for customers to add their own liquidity.
• Hotspot FX ECN gives institutional grade prices, often with spreads below one pip and even choice prices in EUR/USD. This feed creates the basis for a profitable trading operation.
• Hotspot FX connection to a Metatrader is:
providing the price feed for the Metatrader platform,
enforcing trade validation on all trades, as well as,
providing instantaneous execution on the Hotspot FX ECN.
• Since all trades are validated and executed over the Hotspot FX platform electronically, trades are only executed when there is a valid price from the ECN that has been confirmed by our liquidity providers, thus eliminating any trading risk for the company.
• At the end of each day, the Hotspot FX Backoffice will have all the information readily available to show commissions, extra spread or rollover spreads, customers’ profits and losses, giving system operators full access to all business metrics.
Connecting the Hotspot FX ECN and the Metatrader platform creates one system, which is more stable, has better pricing; faster execution and an overall increase in productivity and profitability.

so if i am to understand you, this is simply a link between Hotspot and ANY MT4 platform, which is simply replacing the order tickets from Hotspot ??

Does it include the MT4 charting, driven by Hotspots prices or is it simply a different interface to trade with Hotspot ?

Also, may I ask if you are an Introducing Broker for Hotspot ?
