Need help to modify an indicator

Hi,

I need programmers to help us out to develop an indicator. I've attached the original indicator that needed to modify.

* I need this indicator to work on all the time frames, rather than daily chart, its a breakout strategy. Must be able to input no of bars of breakout (its done i guess by the original author).
* It will allow us to choice either value of high/low or close as the reference point (at the moments it's taking the value of high and low).
* It should provide us an arrow showing that the setup has found rather than just lines.
* With alert signals

I guess thats all i need it to be modified, if there is anything to make it better please help to improvise it. All are welcome to share and help this indicator to be a good indicators.
