If you can get your hands on Chande and Kroll book "The New Technical Trader" its well worth the price. Tushar Chande also wrote "Beyond Technical Analysis" which is also worth reading.


If you can find a copy of the May 2004 S&C magizine, on page 38 there is a peice writen by John Ehlers called "The Inverse Fisher Transform" He to uses the Stoch of RSI and passes it through an I F T to get a very smooth cycle curve. Check it out. I dont know of any code on this is available in MQ4 but theres code in the magizine and its not difficult.

Where can i find an average daily range indicator that doesn't use Sundays range because it is only 2 or 3 hours and it screws up daily range calculations
when used.

Has anybody got a version of this one with alert?
