would it be possible to set up an ea with the following configuration:
You open two positions at the same time one buy and one sell order each with a take profit of 13pip and stoploss of 10pip so no matter the direction you get your pips covered with a net profit of 3 pip. The EA should have a open multiple orders based on equity available. Let me know what you guys think, Thanks.

Sorry, it won't work because of the spread. Each side is going to get filled at a different price, one at bid, one at ask. Same will happen when the trades close, they will each close out a different prices. There will be many occasions when price will not move enough to trigger both TP's and SL's, so you will get plenty of double losers. This can happen even without the spread factored in.
