I know this has probably been answered and I did look but can someone tell me how to open and close quickly with MT4????

VT let you do it with a click but I cannot find it with MT4.....help

OrderSend and OrderClose functions are used for that.

ok I guess its time to sound even dumber than I wanted to sound but would someone mind "explaining" this to me??

I can search for OrderSend and OrderClose and I have searched but I still do not understand........sorry for being so new here but we all started out the same way with a lack of knowledge and I just happen to have more of a lack than you do

In the Terminal, right click the order and select Close.

F9 will also pull up the order ticket window to open a trade.

Also the Help section in mt4 (along the top) might have some other stuff.

Your broker should also be willing to help you out and teach you things about mt4, jus call em up. And last but not least... youtube it, there are hundreds of videos on basically everything related to mt4, some are better then others, but for a new user anything helps.
