I picked this indicator up in another forum and I am trying to make work.
Everytime I put on chart it "says not expert indicator and gets removed".
can anyone help with this? I am a novice with automated trading. Apparently, this thing makes a good quantity of pips. It had a 5 star rating

This is not an indicator. It is an EA.

You have to save it in the EA folder.

thanks!. Never tried ea before. I usually use indicators and manually trade--not the atuomated stuff. that's this years goal.!

stupid question...but do you just drop the EA on the chart and let it run after enabling?...It appears to be working.

Hi, I been trying to develop / modify EA which works with stochastic. But it seems it does not work. I hope some here among the FOREX expert could shine some light in this dark alley where I am lost now...

I want the EA to do just this simple task..

1. To run on 5 minute time frame
2. To short when Stoc Signal line is above the Main line and this should happen immediately after both of the lines crosess. To avoid wip saw, the short should happen only after base on the status of the last period and not current.

3. As for long, it should be reverse of 2 above.

4. take profit 10 pips. Stop loss a 10 pips... or more

I believe this ea aleady available, but I could not find one. Anyone has any idea?
